Masami_Mistress_Of_Fire oh god, ok you know what? i don't care what anyone says i love Capsule Monsters. Yes, god yes, it's unnessescary and pretty lame but i loved it. i thought it was so awesome. i mean come on!! Yami in a Black Magician armor?!?!? HOW COOL IT THAT?!?! XD the dialogue was really lame, but the art was good. i liked it. heart
I swear to god those episodes had just about the campiest dialogue I've ever heard in my entire life. But 4kids picks the perfect animators. The style is beautiful and the animation is always finished, unlike a few instances in the original series. sweatdrop
Not that the unfinished artwork isn't a good laugh.

While I think the CM and PoL art looks cleaner and shinier, I for some reason prefer the show's art. While the coloring is not as pretty, I think the drawings are better. Plus sometimes they overdo the shine.

Fine, I guess nobody cares about the irrelevance of child-devouring duel monsters. )= You'll be sorry when little Jimmy doesn't show up for dinner and not taking concern while you still had the chance!
ahem, I agree with K-chan. I don't really like the art of the movie and capsule monsters so much. The over-shine just makes it seem like its trying too hard. The pretentious shine burns my eyes and saddens my soul.
Plus they don't end with that shwank painting effect at the end of tbc episodes.

I have seen all of the capsule monsters minisaga, my guess on the timeline after battle city, after waking the dragon, and before dawn of the duel, based on what i saw from the show. razz got to love ondemand.

@pixie: I agree, it's too shiny and fake looking. And I love, love, love the paint effect at the end of the bc episodes. Makes me wanna take a screen shot, blow it up and plaster the prettiness on my wall. <3

I know no one has posted here for about a year but they made capsule monsters into a show/movie?!?! I know of this from the game Yu-Gi-Oh Capsule Monsters Colliseium when you play as Yugi and have to go to different Areas and defeat all the people there to advance to get to the final battle.

Yes, Capsule Monsters was originally a game in the manga that Yuugi played against Mokuba. Then they made the Capsule Monster Coliseum game, and after that, the Capsule Monsters mini series/movies.

Kitsune Ketz Kwineight The Irish company wrote the script and stuff... Does anyone know if it's going to be dubbed into Japanese by the way? No, no, no. It's a 4KIDS scrript through and through. RTE's not intelligent enough to write a decent script, for anything Hence why TG4 has all the good original shows..., yeah I hate RTE...D< The Anime Critic it's Irish...I don't speak Irish..I'm Japanese for crying out loud! Japan should have seen it first! crying Nope, there's no Irish dub of YGO...only English. Here in Ireland, less than 10% of the population actually speaks Irish...if fact more Polish is spoken here than Irish....o,O;; Sorry for nit picking...I'm in a picky mood...*shoots* Anyways, on-toptic, it's a pretty good arc...but you can tell it's US made... sweatdrop I was also uber-dissapointed when I found out that Kaiba, Mokuba, Mai of Shizuka weren't going to be in it...it kind of turned me off there series after that..D:
