How do I get my pokemon to evolve?

by asking a mod if they do...its in the start here announcement...

but ill make it easy on you

here it is

"Poke'mon Evolution

Time for your poke'mon to evolve, or want to use a stone? ask a moderator before you do any of these because they will tell you how many more levels to go before your poke'mon evolve, say its ok for it to evolve and give you the stats of your new evolved poke'mon, and ok a stone eveloution, and give you the stats for the stone evolution.

Got a poke'mon that evolves out of happiness? it needs to be at least level 8 to evolve to the next stage, when you think its ready to evolve ask a moderator what they think and they'll ok it or tell you that you've been neglecting it by not being so active, not so active guild members (ones that post train 5 times a day only or so) need to have there poke'mon to be level 10 to have it evolve out of happiness.

Got a eevee and you dont know how to evolve it to a umbreon/espyon? well it depends on the time of day, gaia time (a easy way to check if its night/day on gaia is to visit gaia towns) training your eevee in mostly day means a espyon, training mostly night means a umbreon, cant figure out what time it is on gaia when its your time if you look back to check what time of day you trained eevee the most? its ok use your time then and only then."

Can I evolve my Eevee now? I am sure I trained it mostly at night. I've trained most at the Haunted Fields.

should i learn a new attack at lvl 12 caus they just became lvl 12

and i think charmander is supposed to learn ember at 12

What move dose wartortal learn after water gun? What level? How much dmg?

...And same for politoed after perish song?

Wartortle learns bite at level 19 and i dont know the damage...i dont know how the mods have it worked out

politoed swagger at level 51 and it Confuses the enemy and raises its Attack by two levels. and does 0 damage

I haven't seen it, but are you allowed to to dodge a move?

yes it is legal to dodge a move but your pokemon must be quick and not big and it has to be fast...but it rarely happens maybe 1 in every 10 battles
