Umm... Since Miranda Virus doesn't really create zombies, I don't see how guns would be useful...

People panic, and therefore it is impossible to go anywhere. There would be looting, crime in a huge outbreak like that.... you'd have to protect yourself and your family.

I'll just jack a Hummer and head for California.

I'll go up in the mountains and live in my family's cabin. Of course Spencer mansion is like five miles in the forest behind said mountain. That might not be a good idea.
I should be okay for a while at least. =]
