No it was a time of acid house, alcopops and bad fashion. smile

And thats why its good the reason emo didn't exist in the 90's the way it does now, is because we had emo's more mature and cooler looking older brother... grunge.

Aww...I just got kinda sad there for a minute.

My friends all make fun of me for using nineties fun-phrases and making references in music and TV that none of them understand...

It's the blessing and curse of having young grunge-rocker parents in the nineties, I suppose. While my friends were listening to their thirty-something parents' music, people were making home movies of my pretending to be Kurt Cobain singing songs from Nirvana's Unplugged.

And Ahhh! Real Monsters was the s**t.

Not to mention my old recurring nightmare from an episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark?.
