Island Resort ~The RP~

Her smile broadened as she fingered a sipper on her sleeve before drawing a vial out to consider. "Hmm.... You're sure...? Well..." She uncorked it and swirled the liquid around. "I suppose two of you would be a problem..."
And she drank it herself.
Surely the only thing that could be worse than one Elena was two.
But no: there was still only one of her, grinning like the Cheshire Cat.

Haru's eyes went wide, and then he shut them tight and flinched when she swallowed it. Happy thoughts, happy thoughts, happy... And then he felt the bottle clank against one of his boney, teen-aged ancles. "Huh?"

Opening one blood-red eye, the boy looked down and noted the bottle, then opened his other eye to regard it for a few moments before throwing the pants over one shoulder (so as to keep them dry) and carefully bending down to pick up said bottle.

"Hmm..." He was quite effectively ignoring Elena, and not really aware of it. After all, she wasn't a true threat, and there was a chance this bottle was.

He didn't have to ignore her for very long, fortunately, because after she spouted the following nonsense (and everything she said amounted to nonsense): "Riddle me this, riddle me that, answer that riddle and I'll give you a hat. Which would probably work better than your shirt for current uses."
She effectively wasn't there to be ignored. Oh, if he had been watching, he would have seen her ripple at the edges before it spread to distort her whole image, like looking into water that's been disturbed. And then she faded, and...
Was gone.
With no real harm done, and, if truth be believed, a little good left behind.

Haru was about to read the note from inside the bottle (having held the thing between his feet as he pulled the note out) when Elena rippled away. This left him blinking at the air left behind with a rather confused look, and then poking the air where she had been.

After some confused (& weary) glancing around, he smiled, pumped his paper-holding (but otherwise free) arm in a common body language indication of happyness, and yelled "SCORE!" The pants were then slipped on easily enough, and he only remembered the peice of paper because he almost dropped it so many times.

Stepping out of the water (and leaving the bottle there) he slipped his sandels on, and glanced around for his sword. Upon realizing it was no longer where he had thought it was, the boy frowned, and finally got around to reading the peice of paper in his hands. Which only led to his frowning more. "What a pain!"

After glancing a few times back and forth between the paper and his suroundings, the boy sighed and began to wander around. "Ohkey... So how do I get out of this place...?"

There was a click under Haru's feet as the sand fell away and he tumbled downward.
A large cannon rose from the sand and adjusted angle.
And fired sending Haru flying

"Eh- NANI?!" Hearing the click, Haru glanced down, just in time to see the sand slide away and the cannon appear. "Na...?" And then he found himself flying. "NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII?!"

The Dolls guared the area and its four guests diligently

A burst of dark grey smoke erupted from the spot the prone librarian was and he was there no longer.

Lutia awoke looking around
he got away...and im no closer to that bloody door!
she threw her newly aquired sword across the beach

Nick stirred slowly, rolling over to get better leverage on gaining a vertical orientation.
If she ever saw that man again, she reflected, she was going to do something he'd regret... She achieved a seat on her heels and ran fingers through short dark hair, looking somewhat unwell.
If anyone bothered to listen to the one word she muttered, they would find themselves rewarded with the sound of: "Owie."
Various opinions on what should be done to him flittered through her mind, only one opinion went unheard.
Which was just as well, considering the probable rating of that opinion would have ranked around, ohh... NC-17? And was hardly the kind of thing that could be considered appropriate for writing here.
But that's a succubi for you: never think of the ratings...

"Well. that didnt go as i expected"

"Nah... Y'think?" Nic rubbed the back of her black skull, almost scowling, but not quite. The magician did not rise to stand, only sat in the sands, nursing a headache.

The Mage Doll Drove a motorr boat along the island shore and stopped it on the beach
she got out and headed back to the main resort building

She dragged Bari and Nic into the boat
"lets go find a friend"
with that Lutia started up the boat and headed back to the city

Suddenly a portal opened. A kitling riding a flamingo charged out of it running for about four steps before collapsing in a dizzy state.
