Shou walks into the training room and is so excited to see all of he practice equipment. he quickly runns over to the dummys and practices his taijutsu on them, an hour has passed since he started but Shou is so excited that he looses track of time, he soon realizes that he has to eat something if he wants to finish training today so he sets up for one more move,Shou charges the dummy and vanishes a few steps away from him and then reapears at its feet (Konoha Senpuu) launching a powerful spinning kick knocking the dummy in the air Shou then vanishes again, and reappears above the dummy high in the air (Shishi Rendan) laying a series of powerful punches and kicks, and finishes by knocking the dummy to the ground, leaveing a small crater in the ground. "man am i tired, i can hardly breath" Shou then falls on his back staring at the ceiling tiles with a smile on his face. Shou stagers up to his feet and grabs his beg and begins to walk twards the door. "man am i hungry"
