Im okay. I dont usually do much exercise but I eat tons of healthy food. Im working on the exercise bit though, running 3km each day.

Sushi Flavored Gatorade I mean overall people on gaia, sitting on their computer chairs, hours and hours (in some cases), eating their food, hardly any exercise are falling behind in fitness. America... xD Anyways do you think you're physically fit? I see myself as fit, having good run times and exercising everyday and steadily growing. How about you? You be the judge.  You just described my lifestyle. And for some reason, I'm extremely fit. I got a 6-pack and everything. My mom thought I had worms. But apparently, it's just my meatbolism. And the fact I run 4 times a week for 2 hours straight. mrgreen

I'm 5'9 and weigh about 118. Im way underweight, but I still consider myself somewhat in shape. I did dance, was currently active in my p.e. class before school ended. and i do pilates currently. But I would have never done those things if I hadn't chosen acting as a career, ever since then I have been forced to excercise.

I'm physically fit because, I jump a lot and my father teaches me and make me practice martial arts. If I can punch a wall continuously, take punches, I'm fit. I'm 5'9 and weigh 125 lbs, most people in my family are like me.

I'm about mid. I have a little extra weight. I dont do much excersizeing crap. But i also dont eat very much. Mostly i can skip two meals and just eat dinner and be fine.

I play polo, lacrosse, and rugby like a crazy b***h and during school, I`d run to my classes. >.>
I had to lie about my weight to give blood. XDD My doctor tells me to eat more and care less. I told her I don`t care and I eat all the time. And not a lot of it is healthy. Except for the cucumbers and cheese obsession I`ve got going on.
I`m gonna be packin` on the pounds now though, baby. :]

I'm not really fit, but I definitely do not consider myself physically fit. I mean, I'm on the internet all the time. Someimes I get really into trying to loose wieght and be healthy, so I jog and ride my bike. But I haven't lately. Hopefully I'll get into the habit again soon. Because the only exercise I get is walking at school or shopping. sweatdrop But a big goal of mine is to be healthy this year. Next week I'm going on a master cleanse. It's a fast also known as the lemoaide diet. And I'm going to do that for 10 days. That will clean out my system and I won't crave junk food as much, and a bunch of bad toxins will be out of my system. After that I'm going vegetarian 100% for the next month. Then, after a month, I'll see if I can eat a little meat here and there...(fish mainly..maybe chicken? surprised ) and then some rice and stuff like that. And I'm going to rise my bike a lot. Many Americans aren;t as healthy as they could be. So I'm hoping I can be by the end of the year. 3nodding

Hmm... xd Except I'm better at eating right then you are. Today I had some fruits and veggies that I juiced, fruit smoothie, grapes, dried bananas, and water. I saw you eating those pretzels. Tsk..tsk..tsk..
