When Drake saw what Shou said to Alice, he knew something was up. Shou isn't himself...his demonic side is trying to get the better of him again he thought. "Shou! Your demonic side is trying to manipulate you again!" he shouted at him

 Shinobu stared at Shou with eyes that had seen too much in short time. "Guroji gave me some life energy. From the beginning to the end, no matter how much it hurt I kept trusting and believing. Now I am no longer worthy love. I am broken. I would do anything for you, Shou. But look at me. Can you really love me like this? Bent, broken, half dead? I don't want to condemn you to look after me because I want no-one to suffer that way. I don't care how much I suffer. I just want those around me to be happy. I'd give up this heart and take one of stone if it meant you all could be happy. I love you. I do, Shou. But am I worth it? Who knows how long I'll still live. Maybe a day. Maybe a few hours. Maybe even a few months."

 Shou turned to Drake. "I know." He replied. "I'm good at manipulating people. But I'm fine."
He turned back to Shinobu. "Then I'll be with you!" He insisted. "If you are to die, I'll stay with you for as long as I can. You are worth it to be giving up your life for others." Shou's heart was continously aching. But you've already began to like Guroji.

Shinobu watched his facial expressions and saw something there. Something that had always been a part of her when she saw Shou. She climbed, unsteadily, to her feet. She began to cry. "Now it's exactly the opposite way round. Now you're heart aches and cannot believe that I truly love you." She stumbled forward, towards Shou. "I'd recognise such an expression from miles away." She whispered. She turned to Guroji and pressed a finger to her temple. A strand of flowing silver came out. She let it go and it floated, back to Guroji. "It's all of the energy you gave me." She smiled sadly and turned back to Shou. Her eyes were weary and she shook, with exhaustion.

Shou sighed. "I guess I'm more of a human than I thought. Humans tend to realize at the last minute." He mumbled. "Be with Guroji, if that is what your heart desires." Shou smiled weakly and painfully at her.

As Drake stood there, his anger was building up rapidly. he eventually burst out "HOW CAN YOU NOT CARE?! Shinobu is practically kiilling herself for you! And your more worried about Alice!!!"

Shinobu laughed weakly. "You have not yet realised? In my half dead state... I saw you. I was, I am and always will be in love with you. Everything has a part of it that does not realise things until they are almost too late." She lifted her arms, which shook like leaves in the wind and reached out to his hands. "I can't tell how much I have hoped that I would finally be at peace."

Shou loosened, and grasped her hands. "I can't believe you'd still love me." He said, then with a smile. "I'm not complaining."

"If you won't let me help, then I will reborn you from another of my personalities." Guroji said as he then had his turn into a wheel of scarlet, gold and silver as he then also spread his wings and he covered Shinobu.

Alice went through the books, as she began to create a couple of things, only that she intented to do. She laid the items aside for the moment, as she stared blanklessly at the pages, no emotion whatsoever on her face.

Akisa walked the halls of the castle staring at her feet as she walked. "What am i doing here, I should be traveling, but instead im stuck here" she mumbled to herself as she continued to wander.

Haunter smiled when he saw Akisa, Haunter walked up behind her without makeing a sound then materialized his hand and grabed her butt, "well hello there, i havent seen you here before"
