 Kendal Shadowheart
Kendal was still in his divine form as the second stage began to come into view. He frowned at the ominousness of the place though it was a strange field filled with mirrors as walls. He looked around and saw in each one was a person he knew. The largest mirror was foggy but the person was familiar. He then saw what he assumed was his opponent for this round it was a man who appeared to have a mirror for a face. "I'm really starting to think I'm in wonderland" He said. He then watched as the enemy drawed closer only as it got closer in the mirror was the face of Lilith until the enemy was right infront of him and was the splitting image of her. "Oh no not her" He said. He watched as she smirked "I'm much more than her I am everyone" She said. She then produced a large fan and swung it infront of herself when it moved Lunia was in her place. "I can be anyone and do anything" She said. She then dove at him and swung her fan. He quickly rolled out of the way but was sent flying into a mirror and shattered it. He frowned as his body went numb for a minute. "Sucks doesn't it you feel your body go numb as who you are fades" He said. The enemy turned this time into Hitomi "Recognise this face" She asked. Kendal frowned the face was familar but the person was a blank. He then took out his weapon "Enough games lets do this" He said. He quickly extended his weapon and lightning pulsed from it "Die" He said. He swung his weapon but the girl dodged and changed into Fayte "Heh your destroying yourself look at the mirrors you broke" He said. Kendal frowned as Sumiko, Zalain, and Omotayo faded from his memory. The big mirror in the back was begining to come into focus now but still was too fuzzy to make out. He frowned his body went numb again long enough for him to be sent flying into a mirror and Marlo faded from his mind. This fight was going to be hard.

 Destiny
Destiny's eyes opened slowly as she looked around and saw Fayte and the Oracle and the others. She was levitating of course and was confused. "Why am I back? I'm not done" she asked the oracle and Fayte.
Destiny knew that a trial took more than just that...why did he draw her back? She sat up still hovering above the table to notice that her injury had left. Looking at the others she felt as if she did what was right...but why did it seem that the Oracle didn't seem to pleased. "Did I do something wrong?" she asked.

Shade looked up at Lilith and thought for a moment. " The brands don't always kill sometimes they do things that are much worse. They are a curse so to speak a curse from ancient times, it didn't have a cure back then and it doesn't now so far Sumiko and Lord Vackel have bother been branded we will see what develops from their punishment. " He said slowly. He was going to answer her second question when the man wielding a scythe like fragment said. " You're here because you are like us, you want power, you understand all of the lords weaknesses and it's a perfect mind **** to have someone they thought was a friend on our side. " He laughed before opening his mouth to speak again. " Besides we have need for your talents, perticularly that energy of yours we need help with our plans, killing the leaders is easy enough they are just vermin cowering in a corner what we really need help with is capturing the Great Fragments and using their powers to release Memoria from it's purgatory. "

"Woo!" Thielias whooped as he thrusted his palm into his brother's chest. The wind was knocked out of him immediately and he follows up by jabbing two fingers into the upper part of his shoulder. Thielias missed his brother's pressire point, but only by a centimeter. "Yanagi's never miss..."
"Ergo, you're not a Yanagi." Akatan quickly quipped back.
"Hmph..." His brother threw a punch at it him right in the cheek. He throws another and try as Akatan might to block, he was too slow. The more he doubted himself, the stronger his brother got. Only after few more punches and one kick did he notice that.
Akatan began to notice that he was sent there to be shown that he can't plan his way out of everything nor can he handle everything that comes his way. His brother stand over him, a beam charging in his hand and he closes his eyes preparing to accept defeat. "Well...I tried...hopefully my plan will work. If not, then find my brother." Awaiting his brother's finisher, he opens his eyes and notices his mother looking at him with her hand outstretched to help him up. He touches her hand and everything around them pauses.

Lilith looked at Shade and the other man who had began to speak. Listening carefully she smirked. It wasn't like she was friends with them anyways. They always treated her as if she was under them, they never did respect her and talked to her as an equal, but as a spoiled brat.
She thought for a second. "Well I'm here for you to utilize" she said. "Besides it gives me the perfect reason to continue to explore these abilites of mine" she said with a smirk. She really wanted to experiment with the magic she had absorbed from the item from the market. "So boys...what's OUR next move?" she asked in a deviant voice.

The Oracle sighed. " You are done Destiny, I'm sorry but you are done. " He said as he folded his fingers together. He looked at her rise up, he knew she was looking for a better answer then that so he needed to give her one. " You proved that you are indeed very kind, resourceful and have a good heart. However those qualities are necessary in a leader who commands a Great Fragment but what you showed at the very end cemented my decision, you sacrficed yourself to save Fayte, Kendal and Kristen althoguh very noble if you had been in possession of a great fragment and had died like that your fragment would have collapsed causing millions to die by the results, this is a first for me but my final sentence is. You are to kind to be burdened by this kind of power. " He said his voice never faulting he was extremely adamant on his decisions.
Fayte sighed. He was relieved and sad for Destiny all at the same time. " Destiny, I'm so sorry about that, you were amazing in your trial. " He said with a smile. He was going to try and comfort his little sister to the best of his power. He sighed. " It's fine though, to be honest I didn't want you getting dragged into this mess either you don't deserve to be thrown into war like this. " He said calmly.

Destiny
Destiny looked at the Oracle and tried not to cry. She was truly hurt by what had happened. She looked at her brother and tried to generate a smile, but all that would come was tears that hit the desk. "Thanks...thanks Fayte" she said in a trembling voice.
She had failed, she would never be able to prove herself or protect the one's she loved. "...I'll...I'll see you when you get home Fayte" she said as she arisen and floated out of the room and went towards Marlo. "C'mon boy...let's go" she said with a smile rubbing him gently.

Mai remained standing there, wondering what the others would come out with. She wished, deep in her heart that she could do something. She had closed her eyes, thinking back on her own past. She was put through trials on a daily basis sometimes with her line of work. It was always dangerous and a lot of times, she had to make decisions on the spot in a tight situation, like if a refinery blew. She understood that by sending in a team to dissolve the situation meant potentially sacrificing them, but it they didn't, the entire sector would blow, and ultimately, the lands would suffer from the serious dent put in the economy and the loss of lives that would pursue. Mai felt compelled to take the trials herself, but she held herself back with all her might, remaining completely quiet.

the air. Hitomi looked around her seeing nothing but a plain empty field with dried up trees. Weeds surrounded her feet, making it difficult to find a solid footing. There was complete silence, nothing making a sound, not even the wind that she felt. She almost looked frantic. Being that he element was sound and that this place had no sound was starting to frighten her. Then someone caught her attention, no not someone but something. Was it even a human being or a beast. She knew not where it had come from or what it was exactly but the sight of it sickened her. The creatures eyes and mouth were sewn together and it had sharp nails sticking out of his arms and legs. It's body looked like was falling apart, yet it still look incredibly strong. She blinked and focused herself. She kept her feelings of fear away and stayed serious and focused. The thing tilled its head at her making awful cracking sounds in its neck. It echoed threw the soundless field making a chill go down her spine. she looked at its eyes. Even though they looked sewn closed it was like it looked right at her and knew where she was. Then it's armed witched and an frightening smile formed upon those lips. It ran at her, but it had incredible speed. That was one thing she was not good with. She yelled out in pain as it swung it's arm at her and those nails tore into her skin. She tore herself away and held her bleeding stomach."Its so fast and I can't even hear it's movements."she said to herself then her eyes widened as she saw it coming towards her again.
Again and again it ran at her swinging its arms at her and kicking its legs towards her. And every time she got cut. She was able to dodge just enough so that it's blows weren't fatal. The creature was not giving her any time to attack back. She was getting exhausted and was being covered in her own blood. She looked up at it and it came right in front of her. It slashed at her with both arms and sent her flying. The nails had torn up her clothes showing more and more of her bloody body. Was she really going to fail?"No! you will not give up.You will win so that you may protect the others!"she yelled at herself. Faith started coming back to her. She now had no more doubts about her powers and abilities. She believed in herself and was not going to loose. She stood up and her head shot up looking at the creature. Her eyes were now a cloudy shade of light blue and her nails started growing longer and sharper. The creature took a step back and just stared at her threw those sewn eyes. Her hair went completely white.
The creature ran towards her, but it was now to late for it. Hitomi was no longer the Hitomi that her friends knew. Not even Morrigan knew of this appearance. It was her banshee half that kicked in. She now looked like a full banshee. She took in a breath and screamed. It was not a scream from a half banshee but one of a full fledged banshee. Her scream was so strong that the creatures blood vessels burst. And because it ran towards her hear scream was even more effective. the creature fell down by her feet and started to be consumed by the weeds that covered the ground. But Hitomi didn't change back instead she just screamed some more. If this kept she herself might die. Then one of her hands grabbed her other arm and she dug her nails in her arm. She was not going to let the banshee blood that flowed threw her vains take over her body. Her eyes widened and flickered between the banshee eyes and her normals eyes. Finally her eyes went back to normal and her hair slowly went back to its original green color. Her nails retracted and were normal as well then she fell to her knees. Her hair, now fully green, draped over her bloody, exposed body. ((I know its just one post and super long, but I don't know how much longer I will be staying up so I fit it all in one post.))

Kendal frowned this fight was getting worse so far he had lost about a thrid of the people he knew although alot of the ones he did have were ones he cared about. He could make out most of the largest mirror it was obviously a female who held importants to him but he couldn't seem to remember who it was. The opponent now was in Akatans form and was even using his powers. He wasn't sure how to beat this foe. He looked down. "There has to be a way" He said. He flinched as his body went numb again as a few more mirrors were destroyed. He had a feeling of despair he would either have to forget everyone to destroy the opponent so it couldn't change into anyone or give up. He looked down and felt a tear roll down his cheek. He dropped his lightning lash. "Guy's I'm sorry..I have to move on..forgive me..if I lose this chance then I may not be able to protect anyone for real if I need to..and I have to put your safety before mine" He said although he knew no one would hear him. He closed his eyes. "Wrath of the heavens and power of the stars give me the force to erase this evil" He said. He then glowed white "Starlight Explosion!" He said. He then watched as the room became covered in a white hot explosion. When he opened his eyes again he felt so cold all the mirrors were gone but one and it was cracking. He picked up his sword and walked to the mirror. He looked at the cracked image of Destiny. "...Destiny...does this mean..I have to forget you too" He said. He then saw the beast in her form. "Kendal this ends now" She said. She held her hand up and Marlo appeared. He frowned "No...I can't" He said. He then saw that all the memories he had lost were now blank spirits trapped in her mirror. He could feel his cold tears on his face. "Damn it!" He said. He then watched as Marlo charged at him with Destiny on his back. He knew it was lose her and save the others or save her and lose them. He closed his eyes as he chosed. A loud crack was herd as her mirror shattered. He collapsed to his knees the spell had taken alot to cast and then destroying her mirror was emotionally draining. He then shook his head hoping he did the right thing. He was then in the dark room again he now knew he awaited the Oracle to return him to the others. He couldn't remember who they were at the moment but he knew that once he was out his memories of them should return.

(( Last post for the night. ))
Fayte watched as she left. He grunted and sat back down. " Dammit! " He said softly. He wished she had succeeded now but that was done with and the others were beginning to finished their trials.
The Oracle retracted Kendal, Hitomi and Akatan from their challenges. They appeared on the table just like Destiny had, only Hitomi had on something more then just tattered bloody clothing, her clothes were mended back their original state. He clapped lightly. " Good, very good. I see humility from you Akatan, inner strength from you Hitomi and a drive to live on, and Kendal you've shown that you hold a strange power from within and aren't afraid to use it, however I do see flaws with all of your results but over all very good you all pass, once the others finish I will give you all my final judgement for the future of this world. " He said smiling gently.
Shade laughed. " For now we do nothing, we've left our mark and now we wait part of our job is reconisance and data gathering, afterall we wouldn't want to displease 'him' " Shade said softly. He looked at Lilith. " I must apologise we offer you freedom and here we are saying we need to wait, we want to see how the curse marks develops for both Fayte and Sumiko, either way it will end horribly for both of them with any luck we won't have to kill Lord Vackel he will pass of the curse and no one will be able to corner our organization. "

 Zalain Valkash I will portect them even if i must allow my soul to be consumed...i will portect them
within moments he was in an endless void of darkness as he scanned the area the blackness started to fade a scene begins to appear he see the Valkash estate he sees his Sister Raisha laughing and having a good time with his two little brothers Alister and Garith. He takes a few steps forward walking toward them, His sister waves at him while Alister and Garith turn there heads to look at him. Zalain waves back slightly his face soft and caring "well well this is a surprise, haven't seen you in a while where have you been" Raisha asked in a rather mellow and quiet tone of voice. "You know Zalain sis always the solider" Alister piped in with "now now Alister, Zalain has a very important place as head of our family and the number one in the military." Garith said calmly. Zalain enjoyed the moments of happiness he had almost forgot this was a trial it was all so perfect.
enjoying the time he spent with his family which felt like several hours. the peace was broken when three hooded men appeared before them, Alister, Garith,and Zalain stand to look at them "who are you? what business do you have with this estate?" Zalain questioned. The men said nothing only standing there they drew there swords as one charged in he was intercepted by Alister "I don't think these guys are interested in talking Zalain." Alister yelled as he locked blades with the strange man. the other two men charge in being met by Zalain and Garith. as the fight wages on it seems as though the three hooded men are almost unhurt having only a few scratches, where as Zalain and his Brothers where hurt and almost fully fatigued. "you three be carfu..." Raisha's sentence cut short as a blade is ran through her chest. Zalains eyes widen, he becomes completely oblivious to every thing but this fourth man that has now harmed his sister his fragment the Twilights Requiem begins to singing a Requiem as he watches Raisha's body fall limp to the floor he unleashes a blast of pure energy when it hit the man the energy rips him into several pieces killing him instantly. he rushes over to her body, he felt for a pulse, there was none as Zalain starts to hyperventilate he backs away from her body shaking his head his hands now covered in her blood. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he scream's his hands grabbing the sides of his head as tears roll down his cheeks.

No one had noticed, but at that moment, when the next two finished their trial...Mai had somehow slipped into one. And since no one ever pays attention to the servants, that and she had hidden her aura to an absolute minimum, no one could have noticed her disappearance. She had her eyes closed when in the room, and when she opened them...she was back in Damascus... or so she thought. It looked different. It looked like it did ten years ago...

Morrigan looked as Destiny had ran off. She frowned. She felt bad for the girl. Looking at Hitomi's trial, she was surprised that the girl was capable of all of that. When she appeared back in front of them she lept up hugging Hitomi.
She then saw Akatan and he was fine as well. Running her fingers through her hair she looked at the "servant" that had slipped into the trial. Secretly she didn't know why, wanted this girl to fail...who the hell was she??? Give in to temptation...
...I mean...what's the worst that could happen?

Lilith looked at the men. "No appologies fellas, things play out in due time" she said with a smirk. She began to think. "How about I become a mole" she asked them. "You know I can shapeshift, I'm an exact shapeshifter, meaning I can shapeshift down to the dna" she added.
"I don't know how much this can help, but I'm willing to do all I can, as long as I can be a queen, a better one that Morrigan" she snapped as the aura around her hands began to snap and crackle. I am not Morrigan...
...I am better than her...I am Lilith!!!
