In the distance Sonic and Bubbles could be seen exiting the mist on top of the waters surface.Sonic and Bubb,es stepped off he water heading through the path into the village.

Rini emerged from the mist like a wraith, moving fluidly down the path toward the gates. Spotting her one of the guards called out, "Halt! Who goes there!" She continued walking, keeping her head held high. "Rini Chikongou. Returning from a support mission to Iwa." It was half true, at least. She had gone to Iwa to help after the attack, and now she was returning. There was just no mention of what happened in between. Luckily, she had taken a dip between leaving the Temple and arriving here, so most -- if not all -- the blood was washed from her skin and clothes.

Recognizing her name, the guards slowly backed down, though one of them continued to eye her oddly. "Rini? Wow. You look . . . different. What happened to your hair? And your headband is --"

"Training accident," she replied smoothly, stepping past them. "I'll be requesting a new one shortly. Not to worry."

"Ah, alright then. Carry on." The men returned their gaze to the mist. Why should they continue to watch one of their own? They had no reason to suspect that, once their attention was well diverted, she would snap her arms out to her sides and plunge a long, thin stake into each of their backs without even turning to face them. She was the student of both the Mizukage and his wife, after all. Why would she ever attack them?

As the last drops of their chakra joined with her own, Rini tugged the stakes out and glanced over her shoulder to watch the pair drop to the ground. "Don't mind if I do." A wide grin spread across her face as she flicked the blood from the stakes, retracted them, and tucked them back into her sleeves without missing a step. Whistling a light tune, she continued on into the village.

The haunting song drifted from the dark as Rini moved into sight of the entrance to Kiri, mist swirling around her stepped lightly down the path. The guards moved aside, watching her warily as she waltzed through the gates. "Sore o dare o hoji nodarou ka, nodarou ka, nodarou ka? Sore o dare o hoji nodarou ka, Mi-zu-kage~?" With a bright giggle, she vanished into the village.

he headed out to the Rain Village. He needed to speak to the Amekage. It was to make sure that Mist was good with them.

Rini bounded after Saotome, calling out to him. "Oy~! Wait for me, sensei!" Her laughter lingered, echoing through the air long after she had vanished into the mist.

Saotome had reached the gate and stood by it. Anyone that was from the Ouitside would have to go through him first. He then had three ANBU at the gates. The rest of the squad was in the village. He sent two ANBU and a clone to the bridge.

Saotome had returned from the bridge. he had destroyed it. It would have to be rebuilt of course, but with help from him and other, that was no problem. he then waited at the gates. they had to go through him, for he stood right in the middle of the gates.
