"The Last Fight" - Bullet for My Valentine

Well, I've listened to enough of Fever to put in my 2-cents about it.

Matt Tuck's vocals sound a lot better thanks to overcoming the throat problems that plagued him during Scream Aim Fire. The album is a little disappointing in the fact that a few songs don't sound so much metal as they do hardcore punk. Scream Aim Fire had a lot of songs that utilized Trivium-styled lyrics and metal shredding, but this album sounds like they're cutting back on that a bit in favor a little more punk/emo influence. Still, the rest of the songs are pretty good metalcore shredders. Overall, it's a good album. Nothing amazing, but at least they know what they're doing. This song, "Your Betrayal," and "Alone" are my three favorite songs on the new album.

Yeah, a lot of people hated Untitled for obnoxious reasons. I loved it. Showed a lot of maturity.

They're trying to go back to their roots with the upcoming album. Hope they can pull it off with the rest of the album. The new single has some old-school nods, but it mostly sounds like a more refined version of their sound on Take A Look In the Mirror.

The drummer, she is ******** kick-a**. Also, I really like the chorus of this song; the guitar riff, the drums, the singing, all of it. The chorus is great. I can't believe I forgot it, and tbh, it's one of the songs I remember I want to listen to but I always forget.

Makes me kinda sad the two sisters can never keep the band together, as they always have new members who always leave. D: They're pretty good.
