Trace looked down for a moment. "A couple years ago, I was traveling along. An old man came across my path. He had the spirit pistols with him, I tryed to steal them but they just appeared back in his hands. I couldnt deal with defeat so I killed him and now they always come back to me."

Trace nodded slowly "I was different back then, getting anything I could and selling it, but the pistols well I was very fond of them. No more stealing ammo or reloading."

Trace closed his eyes. "There are many things I regret... but at least now I can make up for it. Maybe I can become something I have always wanted to do."
