They're targeting specific parts that might make their RPC stronger because of Kekkei's or special abilities and what not.
I've seen it especially with the Sharingan...
I made my RPC a specific way and I don't plan on changing her any time soon.. . . At least let me clean my mess up and pour myself a new glass.

Fenrir Graveheart Naru: Yeah I know, but personally as an usher I'm wondering how much popularity this series of movies is going to get compared to other smash hit series like twilight or harry potter. This may seem odd, but I've never seen you RP? What Village are you from? What's your Rank? Kekkei Genkai? Clan? What, I want to know more o.O
What if I do manage to kill KazElli and her friends? Actually. s**t. I can't fight AC or KazElli. They're both Kumo Shinobi, same as me. And I haven't squeezed enough milk outta this cow yet.

Sure you can Koisu. I fought AC for a while even after she was accpeted back into the village. Same village or not, if a person steps to you the only way to set it right is to push them back.
