Two trucks drop off a large permacrete dispensing tank, a large dumpster full of rebar, and a gigantic flat of metal plates.
Malem also rolls in with plaster, drywall and wood to help recreate the walls when she's going about rebuilding the place.
She grabs a sledgehammer, and smashes through the plaster of the main front wall. She then goes about framing the rebar and puts up plywood molding around the rebar. She then grabs a rusty wheelbarrow and begins to pour the permacrete into the center of the wall, mounting metal frames in the mold, threading it to the rebar. Permacrete, unlike old concrete dries in a matter of minutes when exposed to a catalyst and is more stable. She drops the catalyst into the mold and the permacrete rapidly hardens. She then bolts the first metal plate into place, on both sides of the wall.
She then frames around the new wall some wooden supports and puts up some drywall, nailing it to the new studs, and then begins to plaster it. Unlike the permacrete, the plaster will take a day or two to dry.
She puts up some warning tape around the plaster.
She then knocks down the next segment of wall and begins on that.

She looks satisfied at the work done. She then walks past Kenton,
"Oh by the way, in a week or so the bill for the materials will come by. It was originally going to be 2 millions, but I haggled it down to 400,000. A real steal, for military grade materials."
She then lifts up a flagstone and goes into the basement, and looks around. She remembered there being a complex computer system in the basement, and wondered if there was some sort of house defense system she could use.
She tech dived into the system, and looked around. Figuratively. She noticed that the house had some fairly high tech defense systems already in place. There was an active electronic cloaking system, which was turned off. This would detect in advance electronic sensors, and then use active interference spectrum waves, and nullify them by emitting waves of inverse amplitude. She switched these on.
There was not enough power. She decided to turn off the "anti-squirrel shield" which was emitting a squirrel annoying pitch in a thousand foot radius, and the "no-shirt-no-shoes-painful-electronic shock" device which made sure that all person entering the base were wearing shirts and shoes. She also turned off the built in night light system which made little nightlights glow.
She had enough power leftover from shutting these devices off to power the HADS, "House Active Defense System"...however from viewing the circuitry all it seems to do is throw hammers in wide arcs, at threats to the house.
While this was going on a mob of squirrels had congregated in the front yard...about 20 or so, then 40...then 80. After about 80 squirrels showed up, the crowd didn't seem to grow anymore. They didn't seem to be doing anything harmful, but they just clogged the yard.
Also, when the HADS had been activated, a dozen or so cannon looking objects popped out of the floor in the house, and outside the house and rotated menacingly, before retracting.
Also, a pair of lawn gnomes in the yard rose from their porcelain perches and their eyes glowed menacingly red. They began to patrol the premises, and one accidently stepped on a squirrel.
