You know...I was reading Nirvana's scorpion summons, and something in her title made me rather sad.
The concept of a copyright in a forum. Unfortunately, she could say that all she wished, but in the end, it wouldn't matter. Until she--literally--went to the copyrighting office and applied to have the scorpion summons copyrighted under her name, those designs would be viable for anyone to use.....there's a reason the Gaia Moderators don't really monitor that....
It's because there's really nothing they can do about it unless the person has an actual copyright. D:

Like if i were to take everything from NUR and make anothe guild 100% the same, NUR could tell mods and mods shut down my guild.

Sin: Someone could alter one teeny little thing on all the scorpions that--in all honesty--would make them no different than the originals. There really is no way to dodge people stealing each other's work here, and I just think it's sad that Gaia's come to a point where you literally have to write "COPYRIGHT" after a post just to try and dissuade people from stealing.
