Sorry for the sporadic activity. I don't want to give any excuses 'cuz they always come out sounding like whining or complaining. Besides, it seems most members have their active spurts and then get caught up in one of those real-life games and are gone for a while. But hey, the loyal ones always come back eventually right?
As for the Equinox party, I had to pass, but was hoping it would have been more successful than the first. I just couldn't pass up a nice dinner out; fried catfish, fried shrimp, and of course hush puppies! (and great company!) Then we went out for drinks, which is something I rarely do. So, it turned out to be a late night. Why it had to happen on the equinox,... I don't know! Sorry guys. This doesn't mean I love you any less. 4laugh

E i J i-A c r o b a t i c @ Lil T. Yeah, I have performances at the stadium this whole week. Argh. I hate my parents. My makeup hurts my eyes, i have a headache, but I still have to dance and sing and SMILE cause I know they're watching me. And then when I finally finish of and go up to meet them I get yelled at. -Cries- Parent Switch anyone? Yea; being a child prodigy can be nerve racking; lol. And hey; I'll be happy to adopt you. Got extra room in everything. Don't know how we could get you from your Country to ours though. pirate

I didn't know about Seattle Pride, so I looked it up of course! I checked out this vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OX-7SO5knY0 and thought, wow, that looks like Mardi Gras!!! And then I happened to see Chris Crocker's vid comment on Seattle Gay Pride and it made me remember a certain U.S. Senator's comments about Katrina being punishment for New Orleans's gay pride parade. cry
Now, I know that political opinions are very personal and can cause alot of debate and disagreement, but I have always felt in my heart that we as human beings, as long as there is no harm, no foul, should live and let live; the more love, the better. So, saying that, I hesitate to bring such controversial conversations up with my sweet Watu-friends. Even within my own family, the Rep vs. Dem can be a heated debate! So for for privacy, I will post a new poll. (I'm actually having trouble deciding on exactly what topic. So I will begin with a general one, and will proceed from there. If anyone wants a certain political poll posted, pm me and we'll see what we can do.)
Other than that, feel free to openly discuss your views here. And PLEASE remember that everyone is entitled to their opinions, even if they may differ from our own. That means continue to treat each other with the respect and love that defines our Watu-community. Failure to do so will result in me sicking my grunny on you to suck out your pitiful brain!
PS~ I also know that several of our members are not U.S. citizens, and despite the media that depicts us as self-absorbed imbeciles, I would love to hear your opinion on any topics or possible solutions that may come to mind! I would love to know your opinion on the mandatory voter registration for all Australian citizens once they reach age 18?

Anyhow, I am glad you had a good time and I would have done the same. 4laugh
