Karuda appeared within the office with a few nameless Cloud shinobi "We caught this one snooping around by the gates" said one of them "Gerroffme" Karuda said "I told you why I'm here" he struggled, the Shinobi looked at the Kage "Raikage-Sama..." they said, pushing him to the floor. One his hands and knees Karuda said "Raikage-Sama, i came to your village to see my cousin Shane, he is the only family I have... I wish to join your village... I know I'm not worthy... but please..." he lower his head against the floor.
((I used the Cloud Shinobi as NPC type things to explain how I got here, I could see anywhere else to apply too be a Shinobi here... Sorry.))
