It certainly has a funky charm, but it's too plain for my tastes. neutral
(I changed my avatar to match the wings better. It'd take a lot to actually get me to unequip them. xd )

Personally, I'd change the hat and the shirt, maybe the Bow too. it's a nice effort though 8/10 (The scarf is great)

85% - Normally I would say there is too many pets, but thats your theme so its cool.
(I feel like my avatar is missing something aswell actually, so does anyone have any suggestions of how I could improve my avatar?)

Id say a belt... or something down on the lower part of your body that adds an interesting contrast of the colour scheme, without being to over-bearing. So yeah, some kind of a belt
