I should really get back into this. I had some fun times here. For as long as I've been away, though, I can't help but wonder if I should pick up with my characters or if I should start a new one. Opinions?

Alright, a most vexxing dilema... my "date" doesn't seem to have a profile desides her sig- and I shudder to deduce that it may foreshadow less than adequate writing.
*dramatic pose* I shall therefore swear an oath to teach her the ways of the Enlightenment! Ehh... I'll try...
Oh, and Spazzey! I can't find Evie, either... =/

I started at a point that could be considered dismal (for roleplaying) but thanks to a lot of the members here like Kurai, Mattus, and Rayan I've learned a lot and improved myself. I wish you luck in that! Hopefully it all turns out well!

Yeah, though one of my favorite figures once said, "When you've come a long way, it's painful to look back and getting nailed like that. Some might suggest that you don't need to go that far back." The problem is that I did most of my improvements in a relatively short time coupled with the fact that I have the memory span of a dead rat, it's particularly more painful.
I only need to look back a little while back to cringe with horror- books like LoTR and Edgar Allan Poe came into my possession only a few years ago for me to study, so it was a growth explosion before flat lining again.
I usually make the prospect a little more dramatic as it is because I have somewhat of a hyperbolic tendency, but I usually don't mind as much.
But the problem was that I can't find the profile skeleton for her character anywhere... =/
I don't know if I'm coherent... I stayed up all night just to accomplish 3-pages, or a straight 45-minutes of work. *shot down*

You're coherent enough, besides we're in OOC, no need to worry about grammar and such here. I know you pain though. Silly me, I only got 3 hours of sleep last night xX My day only just began. This is what I get for not knowing how to say no -is a workaholic- ^^ If she doesn't have a profile up in the next day or so, I would notify someone on crew. Kurai should catch it as well, if not I'll make him aware.
EditOrphen. Don't be afraid to update your character. A lot of people are doing that, myself included. However, it's really up to you. If you really like your character, keep it. But if you're looking for something completely diferent then I'd just make a new character.

Yeah, I saw a trend in some of the "less skilled" Rpiers in the dance and i kinda cringed when I had the thought that there might be some bad... experiences.
Just remember you can always ditch the date : P.
