Masumi you can't just kill a whole village, we have rules against it. Alicia stopped me from, I know from experience. This is the end of this discussion for now, maybe we will have a random number generator thing and depending on the number a person gets is how badly they are affected. Also earlier I said five days because maybe the medic is not very active it wouldn't be fair.

Alicia Joana Oni_Soul Alicia Joana Oni_Soul Alicia Joana I did it actually, but people were complaining cause they didn't want to lose their rpcs and stuff, so i settled on destroying the gates of the Leaf Village. I find it hilarious that I had to put restrictions on the Bloodline I created...but you can one shot over twenty people without being penalized... I limited my bloodline already. And once that jutsu is cast, i have to rest before doing anything, that also means using normal ninjutsu and the such. So yeah Oni, don't think that i don't get penalized, and i don't one shot kill everyone, People who are Jounin and above are able to dodge. And if i use my Rinnegan based jutsu, then i have to wait 1-5 posts maximum before using another one, depending on which one it is and how big. so anyone just starting out dies...that seems a bit over-complacent no? Anyone that just starts, they have immunity for about 2 weeks, and then they are able to die. So i heard about it, and i changed it to where only those that are lower than Jounin are either saved, or if they are really new, then they wont be affected so that they can keep their rpcs. And i might make it official that if you are 2 weeks or lower in using your new rpc, then you are granted immunity to combat, death, and disasters. k

I personally wait 48 hours before I declare you dead.
Why? There are circumstances where the higher ranks are near the ones who cant defend themselves and save them. I wait for that. I look through the posts of them trying to run or defend themselves and see if its fair.
After that I just like to personally kill you biggrin

If the activity starts to die I'll just remember that a vet was so adamant about whipping out a village that they didn't care if they killed the rp.
