Yeah, I'm still in a middle ground... while I do want the time to pursue my hobbies and such, I can't seem to suppress an urge at times.

There's a girl present in the Gala presentation for the Phantom of the Opera I once described as 'La nimfa de mis sueños', or the 'nymph of my dreams'. Tall, slender, really pale skin, curly red hair and a dress that could only be compared to a one in the picture of a nymph I saw in an art gallery once before.

Moments like that make me feel somewhat self-concious about my lack of social skills. Having a similar-looking woman in my physics class isn't helping it, either.

But, it's really nothing more than a symptom of my lowly origin as a half-evolved primate species who's only partially rational and still acting more upon lesser instincts than rational thought.

I can't say I have much of an opinion on the subject because while I am somewhat cynical and resistant to the thought, there's also the disgruntled idealist that wants to have his way, for one. And yeah, I may not seem like it, but I'm highly pessimistic and cynical... especially when it comes to the human species and concepts like the 'human problem'.
