how could we enforce people though instead of like
LUL TAEK MISSION, HEY I FINISHED GIVE ME CREDITS.

Grade them on it. Say you can get a maximum of 10 credits per mission, right? I don't mind going through the missions and grading them on the actual roleplay they do. This encourages members not only to improve their roleplaying skills, but gives them incentives to be more active.
So for example lets say Seyla posts a mission:
Looking to hire tutors to teach elemental manipulation to Ria High Students. Interview and Physical portion required. Each applicant will be interviewed by Seyla, and then required to exhibit their proficiency in their element.
Then, those who are interested, sign up and the actual interview process is roleplayed. From there we look at the roleplay and grade it accordingly, on a scale of 1-10; 1 representing minimal effort, 10 designating an exemplary prompt. The grade each applicant receives is equal to credits earned, and they then can bank those towards stars.
Also for star tests, participants should also receive a minimum number of credits just for taking part. Even though they may not win, or display the best roleplay, the star test takes a lot of work, and not everyone chooses to undertake it.

Lol I know what you're talking about too, I'll tell him when he's done with his work. xD And I don't have Gaia on ALL the time now, I used to back when I was really into this website. Now I just do it when I have absolutely NOTHING ELSE TO DO LOL and after I've checked all my other websites that I go to regularly. Also, my paper is on the negative effects of the advertising industry on women's self-confidence and health. It's not hard cause I have an outline done, I just don't want to write it...
