*laughs* People amuse me. They're always commenting on how they can't understand Matt Smith's eyebrowless appearance. Even my Mom commented on it.

*rolls eyes* He's not eyebrowless folks! He does have eyebrows. They're just really, really light.

*points* See! Eyebrows.

*rolls eyes* Seriously Mom?! About a half an hour ago I asked if you wanted to see the pictures I took. You said you would come look at them after looking something up on the Internet. And then when do you come knocking on my down again, you can't look at the pictures because you're busy cooking. *sighs in annoyance* Why is it that whenever I want to show you guys something you're always busy? But when you want to spend time with me, I have nothing to talk/show/etc. to you.

Hey there everyone. During dinnertime I suggested to my parents that I should have them watch an episode of Sherlock to see what it's like. We ended up watching "A Study In Pink" tonight.

Mom was the one who mostly commented during the episode. Dad rarely said anything; only time he did, was in agreement with whatever my Mom said.

Mom was amused by Sherlock's "Wrong!" texts and instantly caught on that he would be sending it multiple times. *laughs*

As soon as Sherlock appeared on screen, Mom recognized Benedict Cumberbatch instantly and told Dad that he was my current "celebrity boyfriend." *laughs*

When Mycroft made his second appearance at the end of the episode, Mom believe it was Moriarty, since the cabbie mentioned the name earlier. In my head, I was all like:

Obviously things got cleared up instantly after she made the comment when Sherlock informs John that this mysterious man who met John earlier is in fact Mycroft, Sherlock's brother.

In the end, BBC Sherlock was a big hit with my parents. Dad said that it was better than he expected it to be. And both expressed interest in seeing the other two episodes.

Well, I'm heading off to bed, since I'll have to get up early tomorrow to go to my grandparents' place with my Dad. So talk to you later, whenever that might be. :)

Good evening everyone. Just hanging out here until Mom gets home and dinner is ready.

Went to my grandparents' place and basically read most of the time. I'm really enjoying the book I'm reading right now ~ Warriors: Power of Three - The Sight by Erin Hunter. I have the first two books of the first series, so I'm already familiar with the styling and the characters. Nice being able to read this book and recognize some of the names - despite it being sometime since I last read the other Warriors books I have. Anyway... this Warriors book was one of the books I got at Borders. :) Almost done with it.

Not sure what book I'll decide to read next. I've pretty much read all of the leisure reading books I have. Maybe I'll go through the books I have and pick out the books I'm not absolutely sure whether I want to keep them or not.

When my parents and I were watching BBC Sherlock "A Study In Pink," I realized how much I'm like Sherlock Holmes even more so. Especially when I thought about certain phrases or actions he did and I thought how much I do them myself.

The above quote is one of those moments I had. I specifically thought about all of the things I know about and how I try talking to my parents about it, and they're all like: "... Huh?" So basically - Me=Sherlock, Parents=Everyone-Else-Whose-Not-Sherlock-Or-Any-Other-Mastermind

Wheeeeeee... I wonder what Benedict has to stand on the camera cart for. Unless they're doing that special effect thing that's usually used in suspense thriller films - where the camera is focused on one object, but the background zooms off. Though the way the crew is doing the filming of Benedict is nothing like that particular effect. Hmm... should be interesting to see what it looks like when the new season comes out.

TV Show Survey

Day 01- A show that should have never been canceled
Oh, there's too many to choose from. Um... I have to say either Joan of Arcadia, Heroes or Eastwick.

User Image

Day 02 – A show that you wish more people were watching
BBC Sherlock

Day 03 – Your favorite new show ( aired this t.v season)
Doctor Who

Day 04 – Your favorite show ever
Hmm... I don't think I can choose just one favorite.

Day 05 – A show you hate
Court shows, like Judge Judy, Judge Brown, etc. Ugh... I'm getting so tired of seeing of them, but my grandparents seem to love them. As soon as one is over they change channels to the next one that's starting up.

Day 06 – Favorite episode of your favorite t.v show
"The Doctor's Wife" (6.04) has won my heart as being my favorite episode of Doctor Who.

User Image

Day 07 – Least favorite episode of your favorite t.v show
Um... I can't think of one right now.

Day 08 – A show everyone should watch
Doctor Who, Torchwood and BBC Sherlock

Day 09 – Best scene ever
Oh geez... um... I don't know. There's too many good ones out there.

Day 10 – A show you thought you wouldn’t like but ended up loving
Hmm... ah... that would have to be Glee. I thought all of the major hype about it would've been overrated, but it actually turned out to be a good show. Even got my parents hooked on it, lol - which isn't very often for me to do.

Day 11 – A show that disappointed you
Um... not sure.

Day 12 – An episode you’ve watched more than 5 times
Haha... um... probably many Sailor Moon episodes. And maybe "The Doctor's Wife" from Doctor Who.

User Image

Day 13 – Favorite childhood show
Star Trek and The X-Files

Day 14 – Favorite male character
The Eleventh Doctor from Doctor Who

Day 15 – Favorite female character
River Song from Doctor Who

Day 16 – Your guilty pleasure show
Um... I don't know.

Day 17 – Favorite mini series
BBC Sherlock sort of counts with it's very small seasons, lol. 3 90-min episodes per season.

Day 18 – Favorite title sequence
Fringe

Day 19 – Best t.v show cast
Oh geez... who to choose? Who to choose? *shrugs* I don't know.

Day 20 – Favorite kiss
The Eleventh Doctor and River Song (Doctor Who)- so many emotions came over me during that kiss (excitement, amusement, and sadness when River reveals it's the last time they'll kiss from her perspective).

User Image

Day 21 – Favorite ship
Eleventh Doctor/River Song (Doctor Who)

User Image

Day 22 – Favorite series finale
Doctor Who Season 5

Day 23 – Most annoying character
Jilly Kitzinger from Torchwood: Miracle Day

User Image

Day 24 – Best quote
"Spoilers!" ~ River Song

Day 25 – A show you plan on watching (old or new)
All of my favorite shows that are still airing

Day 26 – OMG WTF? Season finale
Um... haha... probably BBC Sherlock, just because of the superb cliffhanger.

Day 27 – Best pilot episode
The only pilot episode I've actually seen is for BBC Sherlock.

Day 28 – First t.v show obsession
Star Trek

Day 29 – Current t.v show obsession
Doctor Who and BBC Sherlock

Day 30 – Saddest character death
Hmm... River Song
