His face was still against the floor, one of his eyes shifted and looked at Shane, it blinked once, his sharingan activated, it blinked again and this time a new eye was looking at Shane, he looked back up at the Raikage, making sure he saw his eyes.  ((To avoid much rage send me a pm anybody who has a problem with this.))

He kept his eyes trained on the Raikage, he wasn't trying to intimidate him, he was trying to impress him. He couldn't answer Shane right now, he was focusing. The only reason he activated it was to potentially impress the Kage.

Hiro nodded at Regula, "Sure, go knock your selves out." The clone itself had the Mangekyo sharingan on at all times just like the real Hiro. He could read the boys chakra signature, "You may be a Uchiha but you do not possess the Mangekyo. I have achieved Eternal."
