"Yeah, it was." said Rahvine nodding. "It was one of the things that made him such a good teacher though, the same trick never worked twice so you had to always stay on your toes."
((Yeah, like the time my mom and sister convinced me to try doing this trick where you sit on a metal railing (like they have by sidewalks on an incline) and do a flip around it. I lost my grip just as I got upside down and fell on my neck. Luckily I didn't get hurt.))

[No offense but that was stupid. This comming from the gril that squirted taco sauce on her eye. I never been much of a stunt person,my mom taugth me to be scared of them.]

"...." Aura looked at Violete like she was crazy
"What?!" Violete said,"a few hours a go you were a sarcastic witch with capital b!"

[Really? My mom is much more serious my dad is the crazy 36 year old man who you rarely see pissed off...in my life i have seen him pissed off onlu once]

((I'll put it this way, my mom broke her wrist in five places because she decided to roller skate down a hill at age 45 and ran out of pavement before she got stopped. My dad and I are the serious ones in my family.))

[I will describe my dad,everyday he gets slapped cuse he makes fun of my mom at the wrong time. And sometimes if your lucky you wi see him running out of their bedroom and towards the kitchen to hide under tha table. Next yoi see my mom run after him with some random item looking for him. And me? i poke my head out of my roomand enjoy the show from a safe distance. This is a typical weekend in my house....]

Rahvine nodded in agreement with Violete. Aura does seem better. Somehow I get the feeling it's not over with though. thought Rahvine.
((Wow, my parents never did funny stuff like that. Which I guess is one of the reasons they're divorced now. My dad is very much like me personality wise, kind of quiet and serious with a sense of humor that tends to find odd things funny.))

[That and sometimes you see them teasing and annoying eacj other...or like today we got icecream...my mom was all like "well you said you wanted the strawberry one so now you musg eat it!!!" dad groaned then went to do some random thing....next thing yoi know my mom runs out the kitchem holding dad's icecream,dad raving about wanting his icream back,but he ended up eatin moms...all the while i was sitting on the couch licking my chocolate icecream watching the two argue like lil kids]

((It sounds like your parents have a good relationship. In my family growing up my sister and I were pretty much the only ones that talked to each other but then we didn't have very much in common so coversations were usually short.))

Aura nodded,thing is the count down is still going,and next time it wont be so easy to pull myself together,this thing is pushing mw outta the way,each shove much more powerful than the last one....
[They do. I am an only child...but am the kinda person that has a comment on everything,and in my house well me and dad will sometimes watch discovery channel ot national geographic then have a toigh flared up discussion on it.....with my mom it is much more of what is going on around us...much more like talking to a friend i guess.]

I know this is just a reprive though. thought Rahvine. Like the blood drinking was for Zero, it kept the madness at bay for a while but in the end...

I have to keep this thing repressed for now.... Aura clenched her rigth hand,the one with the scar,but what will happeb when it hits three? or worse when the counter hits zero....?

Rahvine noted Aura's clenched hand wordlessly, but pretended not to have noticed. After all, it's there between us even if we pretend to ignore it. So there no point in bringing up the fact that we don't have a cure or much time left. thought Rahvine.
