I had a pretty nice one; I worked out super hard at my thai-boxing dojo.
And I mean it when i say super-hard; after a round of knees, i went to take a drink of water, and my stomach didn't like how much I drank at once(too much for it to handle i guess), so I ended up kicking it back up about a minute later.

Miltank is normal type. Ground is not effective against it. But digging DOES break its damage increase.
