Kane...
Seriously...
I don't want to be too unfriendly, but...
If you're going to try and philosophise,
Would you mind reading philosophy first?
A chemistry reading might be useful too...
Skip to the States of Matter and Thermodynamics.
A bit of Earth Science wouldn't hurt, either...

Snow is only the solid state of water...
If you're going to personify Dihydrogen Monoxide,
then I can very well also say:
"And just as you kill snow, you're giving birth to the same amount of water!"

Also, this is something that for the most part happens outside of our control in the Earth's natural systems.
When enough thermal energy is introduced into the environment, water molecules begin to vibrate enough to partially overcome their bonds enough to flow.
Not only is it natural, but a critical part of nature.
And every other molecule shares this trait.

Also, if snow is somehow human when it's not even an organic molecule,
what about living organisms?
Hunters are allowed to kill their prey.
It's a part of nature...
Just as well, we kill our own prey for our own survival:
Cows, pigs, chickens, horses, rabbits, etc.
If that doesn't seem to bother you, why would you even make an argument for snow, of all things?

Are you making an argument for Global Warming?
And you're choosing snow to try and get us to look at the subject?
What about the animal species, especially those that are a nation's symbol, that are in danger because of this?
Aren't they a more efficient targer?

I understand the human need to project their image into other organisms...
BUT SNOW?!
Really...
Please read actual philosophy...
You'll look a lot smarter and less of a poser.
It's a lot of fun, too!
You seem to hold some desire to exercise your mind in creative ways...
Please indulge this,
Read actual philosophy, you'll see just how much better it is than trying to personify snow.

Awee! Not only buzzlightyear, but young Wendehbird! How cute! It's okay, we all looked young. Real young. I'm still young. Heh. No photos though! I deleted 'em long ago! xD

Hahahahaha! My spell check comes up with these offers for a misspelled buzzlightyear: lighthearted, searchlight, featherlight. That makes me laugh.

EDIT:: Oh, Nadi, I love you. So much. ::huggles:: Eloquent, as always, and a great argument. Wish I had your way with words. Especially if it was in french.

I'll stop drooling over your mad skillz now.

Oh, and Taco Bell sells tacos at... 90 cents, I believe...

A dollar fifty isn't too radical for a taco, but we don't have many of such smaller mexican restaurants here...

Most of the things you'll find are either local or American...
Authentic mexican food isn't easy to find,
unless you're going for the big, expensive restaurants...
Same thing with sushi...
So much so that I haven't even tried Japanese food.

I've eaten regular chinese, but I hate it...
the only chinese food I can swallow are egg rolls.

Then again, I'm not a very adventurous guy...
I don't like to go out and drive for too long.
Especially if I don't know where I'm going.

I can walk for hours and hours and never get bored. Especially if I don't know where the hell I'm going. It was like that in Greece. Apparently I have a kick-a** sense of direction in small windy towns will stairs and alleys and no clear paths.

But bring me to a city with N/S streets and E/W avenues with square blocks and numbered intersections and I'll get truly lost and panicky within ten minutes. 'S why I like where I live. Right next to everything you need, but you can walk there on windy roads with named intersections that have no clear theme.

Adventurous with foods, however, is not one of my traits. I'll try everything once, but I'm very picky and would rather starve than eat something I don't like. I do occasionally go to bed with no dinner and not one complaint. It's my own fault. This is also why I tend to lose so much weight on vacations! Walking and little food!

We have foods from all over, all over. It's one big advantage of being in Canada.
