Walking into the palace with his head hung low Tobias sighed looking at the white women's kimono that he wore. "I hate this thing, but its all I have to wear." He mumbled as he repositioned the bobby pin holding his hair. After straightening his hair he walked up to the desk. "I'm sorry is there anyone here?"

"Well boss, I'm sure that will cover everything for awhile..."

"You are a curious looking woman, but seeing as I'm in a woman's kimono I really can't say too much about the ill dressed." Tobias said with a tap of his chin. He flicked his hair to the side as he began to walk away. "Goodbye miss, have funny pondering your purse snatchings."

"WEll to me you are an ordinary woman who needs to learn to dress like a proper lady at more times in her life." Tobias said with a yawn. He turned on his heel and stopped. "I'm well aware that you must have some power that you might use to attack me but right now you are less than nothing in my eyes."

Beginner woke up blurry eyed and looked around
spotting the wishing star plushie she picked it up

"I really hjave to go, I'm sorry about this." He said with a somewhat childish tone. He wipped his hands off on his face. He felt odd standing there and decided to leave. "I'm not really a goodbye person; s o I'll cath you when I catch you." He said before walking out the door.

a small cat that looked identical to justice aside from its full feline form walked into the plushie palace with a note in its mouth and placed a paw on the wishing plushie as it dropped the letter in the plushies lap
i wish that mecha main street was restored better than it was before as a proud Jarian district well defended from danger and a pinacle of Jarian independance
and to be safe for attack for a time (five months)
((wishing in place of justice with a justice look-alike))

Areashine saw the cat go up to the wishing plushie.
"Boss, we really need to move that plushie to a safer place, otherwise, I'm sure more people will come in and try to do what that cat is doing..."
