On the way to her fourth class, Raven found herself talking to other girls. She had been walking on her own to Creative Writing. Out of nowhere some girls appeared to recognize her and came up to her. They asked her how she was and how her day was going. Raven was not used to singular attention. So, she was somewhat frazzled at first. Eventually, she found herself settling comfortably and happily into a role of socialization. It was like she had never been without friends. Very soon, Raven had to part ways with the two girls, their names Amanda and Stephanie. Happiness fizzled through her throat and straight to her belly like a freshly swallowed bottle of pop. As a result, Raven entered the classroom beaming brightly.

Harder and harder did her happiness made her heart pound. She reached her seat, all the way greeting familiar faces. Her teacher wished her well, and Raven wished her the same. Raven placed her bag onto the floor beside her chair. Fellow students passed her and chatted with her. Meanwhile, Raven's eyes kept flicking to the doorway. It was an unconscious action. Every time it happened, Raven had to focus her attention on the conversation at hand. She could not deny it: she was excited to see Alexander once again. They had been together not just a few hours prior. Regardless, it felt like a long time had passed in between now and then.

The warning bell sounded. A few minutes were left before class began. Raven slipped out her notebook and flipped it open to a blank page. With a regular pen, Raven penned a poem.

xxxxAs Amelia walked to her next class, she found a girl in her photography class, a new girl who seemed to be quite shy. Amelia smiled at the girl, and told her that if she ever wanted to hang out, she could always as her. The girl just smiled, but quickly ducked into her class. It didn't bother her, Amelia understood how shy people acted. As she walked alone, a deep rumble sounded from her stomach, reminding her that lunch was very near. Some looks from people who might have heard had her blushing, which only made her walk briskly to her class. Amelia hated blushing. She tried to let her soft hair fall around her face, making it hide the sides of her face from others.

xxxxAt the sound of the warning bell, she hurried a bit more. Her classes were just fairly far apart. Finally, Amelia found her class and slipped inside. She usually sat in the back, not because she didn't like paying attention, but because she liked to doodle on her paper while her teacher lectured, and that was far from what she could do if she were in the front. Her teacher didn't like it. So she settled for hiding in the back and doodling away her time. It wasn't that hard of a class anyway.

xxxxReaching in her bag, Amelia fished out a notebook labeled with her class, and a pen. Before the class even began, she started to scribble all over a page, boredom consuming her, at least until the class started.

Her classes had been boring. At least she thought they had. She didn't remember much of them. She preferred actually to simply recall the events prior to attending to her studies. Countless times had she reached her delicate fingers to the little red bite marks on the inside of her wrist and sighed. She thought back to how he had grabbed her shoulder and looked at her before he bit her. He was so gentle. Nothing at all like she expected it would be. Yes it hurt. Much more than a needle would which is what she thought it was going to be like. But still. She found herself not completely terrified as she felt her blood leaving her body. She was weakened by it. But it brought her some relief to see the color returning to Alastar. A blush had colored Fleur's cheeks when he spoke of how Sebastian's words were not true but had not said anything and simply followed him back into the school.

She was heading off to the her next class when it happened. A wave of nausea hit her like a brick to the head and she felt her knees give out. She fell in the middle of the hallway to the gasps of her fellow humans. Though she tried to wave them off and tell them it was nothing, a few kind students offered to escort her to her next class. She was embarrassed to say the least and hoped to god that Alastar was not told of this incident. She did not want to be seen as weak. Not to him. Not to the one person who actually gave her a purpose...

Orenda sighed and ran her fingers through her hair to brush through the tangles left behind by the ponytail it had been in previously. In drama they had done a rather fun exercise just to break the ice and get further into the art of performing. It had been quite the workout, most of the class was breathing heavy afterwards so of course Orenda followed suit so as not to look suspicious. Truth be told she found herself at ease with the strenuous activity and that bothered her.

Her next class was creative writing. Something she wasn't all too jazzed about to be honest. She had the creative thing down all right but she always had a hard time putting something like that down in words. Being a dancer made it easy for her to tell a story with her body rather than with pen and paper. She could be anything she wanted then. A bird, a warrior...and mythical being. Orenda snorted at that thought. She already was that without trying. More than anything now she wanted to be a normal human woman.

Orenda came through the door of the classroom and smiled at the teacher. "Good afternoon." The teacher returned her greeting and after exchanging a few pleasantries, she continued on to her seat not really noticing the stares. After a while, you just got used to them. Came with being a vampire she supposed. Though she was highly sure that she was nothing like the fair skinned ones here. She thought they looked much more beautiful than her.

After taking her seat, Orenda noticed a young girl with black hair looking anxiously at the door every few seconds. She smiled and leaned over in her chair a bit, "Waiting for someone? Boyfriend perhaps?" Her smile was kind, "I'm Orenda by the way. What's your name?"

Alexander had not been to his classes. He was not even present in the school until now. The thirst that had been aching in the back of his throat needed to be quelled. Perhaps now the demon would give him space since his appetite had been sated. Hopefully he would leave Raven alone.

As he made his way to his next class, he pulled his long black hair into a loose ponytail at the back of his neck. A few shorter strands framed his face and earned him a few awed gazes from passing females and even some males. He did not register them though. Only one human was on his mind at the moment. And if truth be told...one vampire as well. Meeting with Milly on the way to class that morning had been awkward. Even more so since she let him know full and well that she was not happy with this. And he supposed she had every right to be.

A sigh rippled through his full body as he turned into the classroom. He greeted the teacher with a nod but immediately his eyes sought out the one person he wanted to see. A softness immediately over came his features and he felt himself become at ease. Without realizing it, Alexander had been on edge the entire day thinking about whether or not Raven was safe or whether she was happy and enjoying herself. She was seated at her desk with her pen intensely writing something down. Perhaps another poem. He watched though as another girl leaned over to speak to Raven. She looked different and he did not think he had ever seen her before. But her scent sent warning bells off in his head as she moved a little too close to Raven for his liking. She was a vampire.

Alexander made his way into the classroom and took his seat next to the black haired female. He smiled up at her, "Judging by the smile I had seen, someone had a wonderful day so far."

A few moments of writing yielded to a slight pause. What she felt was oozing from her pen and into the paper of her notebook. In other words, Raven was extremely inspired. Thinking about Alexander sent many feelings, all pleasant, spiking through her body. She found herself with her head in her hand and simply staring at her notebook. Raven was imagining his face and his smile, all for her. She closed her eyes; her heart beat faster. She blushed and opened her eyes. Instinctively, her hand moved with a will of its own. The words traveled from her soul, through her pen, and onto the paper. She wrote for Alexander; a poem just for him. A smile quirked the corners of her soft pink lips.

A few moments passed and Raven glanced up at the door. Raven sighed sadly; still no Alexander. "Waiting for someone? Boyfriend, perhaps?" a voice inquired.

Surprised, Raven glanced up to see a lovely girl smiling kindly at her. When she registered the word "boyfriend," Raven blushed fervently and shyly looked to the side. Her eyes moved back to the girl's own and smiled timidly. "Yes, actually." Raven tilted her head to the side and returned the girl's smile.

"I'm Orenda, by the way. What's your name?"

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Orenda. I'm Raven." She paused a moment and smiled sweetly. "Orenda... What a cool and unique name!"

"Judging by the smile I had seen, someone had a wonderful day so far."

The thought of him could not compare to his actual presence. Raven turned her head at the sound of his voice and met his gaze. Alexander had eyes only for her then. They were soft and intense. Unknowingly, Raven's smile grew even wider at the sight of him. She reached out her hand to simply lace her fingers through his. Raven felt her cheeks burning quite pleasantly. Her heart pumped excitedly in her chest. She was so happy that he was there.

"I did, but it just got even better when you arrived." Raven smiled to herself. With a free hand, she brushed some of her longer bangs behind her right ear. She looked over at Orenda and grinned. "Orenda, this is the...boyfriend I was waiting for. His name is Alexander. Alexander, this is Orenda."

Her cheeks became red with the word. Shyly Raven cast her gaze to her desktop.

Josef's first few classes were dull to say the least, which was disappointing considering the eventful morning he had. He began to think that the entire school had to be crawling with blood suckers, but everyone in his class seemed nothing more than pods of dull humans; all with their heads buried deep in studies. English and History were subjects Josef knew all too well from his Steward's teachings. One thing Josef wasn't was uneducated; if anything he knew more than anyone else as he learned a lot of the bits the history books left out. Regardless he did his best to pretend he was paying attention so not to raise suspicion.

French class was a whole other matter as Josef was lost the second he walked in the class and the professor turned to him, spouting some strange gibberish he never heard before. Apparently she was simply asking what his name was, but Josef was a deer caught in the headlights, 'Yea sure, whatever you say.' She wasn't too impressed by that but Josef couldn't care less. All he could think of was the girl flying through the air towards the strange man in the courtyard.

He remembered the girl that caught him watching. How could he be so stupid to let his guard down like that. First day and he almost got caught already, clearly he deserved being put here; whether he deserved to make it out alive was something he wasn't entirely sure of yet.

No one was in any of his classes that he recognized until fourth period biology. The boy who was lost before was sitting off to the corner so Josef felt inclined to sit next to him. He seemed new to the place just like Josef so perhaps he could find someone to trust in this place. Trust, that was a funny thing for Josef to be thinking about doing. It was trust that got him here in the first place.

'Hey man, mind if I sit next to you?'
