Actually, there's something i missed adding when i copy+pasted the list to the post, so if one of you could slip this is before the bolded text

Carne Asada:Meat(Sirloin steak) battered in dry flour and broiled in small chunks, mixed with red pepper, bell pepper, a bit of cabbage(added late to allow crunchiness), Jalapeno, Beef broth, and a bit of olive oil. Has a dark-brown gravy texture by appearance, but the chunks
of meat are apparent, and bits of vegetable poke out.
