	These cramps and the random moments of nausea is not helping me concentrate on my homework. sighs I hate this part...

	Finally decided to get the hot water bottle. I originally didn't want to use it because its a bit warm today... and well, I think you understand where I'm going. But with no natural relief of pain and no chocolate to assist ((I do not take medicine; I don't like take medicine, especially pills [which I can't coordinate to swallow instantly])), it was the only option left for me. sighs I want this nauseated feeling to go away. Cramps I can deal with. Nausea not so much. Especially when I don't know how nauseated I'm going to get and how close I need to be to the bathroom if it gets fairly bad.

	In case, you're wondering why I'm posting and not doing homework, it's because the nausea randomly came back. Waiting for it to pass again before continuing my homework. Makes it hard to concentrate being like this. Ugh.
