I'd say you can say, "ellos se balancean"
You may use 'igualizan' instead of 'balancean'.
If you're going to say, 'they balance each other in the end', its "ellos acaban balanceados".
Now, if you're going for 'in the end, they balance each other out', "Al fin y al cabo, se igualizan".
Strangely enough, I had some problems doing this.
My spanish is in decline!
