CELESTE IS IN MAJOR PAIN!

This is why I hate being stressed and avoid it as much as possible. After a month of being constantly on edge, unable to eat anything but comfort food, crying myself to sleep and general angst, my legs start cramping.

This is not the peaceful 'Oooh.. we'll just stretch it out' cramp. This is a MAJOR cramp. And they hurt! But I'm not allowed to miss any more school and I'm just getting more stress piled up on me... and cramping legs means no more sleeping.

So even though I got over my insomnia this week and have been sleeping, and feeling, a lot better, life is just about to take a turn for the worst.

Enough ranting.

Ewww.. instant food. I avoid it. I'd rather eat nothing than that (which I often do). But I make a mean pie! And butter tarts. I am bitchtastic at baking. xD

I don't have any replies to make.. but it looks like I wont be able to draw my uncle's X-mas gift after all. Especially if I still want to be alive for that RP with DP.

Positive thoughts, dearie, positive thoughts.

I'mma try and sleep. And if that fails me, I'll lose myself in a book.

Curses!
My word has reached their destination, only to find their target is nowhere to be seen!
In the interest for their universal application, I shall post this here, for all to see and take heed!

Among the wisest of our predesessors, our problems have already been addressed and condolences sent,
it is unfortunate that civilization has wilfully ignored these great men and the comfort they may offer,
for better advice, you will not find elsewhere!

A friend of a roman philosopher sent the wise man a letter.
He was about to be sent to the courts to be put on trial.
If he loses the case, it would mean the end of his political career,
and possibly every one of his possessions.

Unlike most, the philosopher refused to reassure him that the most favorable outsome will surely come to pass.
He replied, assuring him that it will most likely not come to pass.
Instead, he told him not to worry!
Never fear the future!
Our feeble minds, once grown accustumed to peace and prosperity, quivers at the thought of such security being crushed right before it.
It is because of this, that our minds exaggerate these situations.
Oh, how dreadful would it be, if it came to pass!
But, take comfort in this realization, for it means that the worst fate that may fall upon you is surely not as dreadful as we imagine.
He would lose his possessions, but he will live.
He will adapt and survive this new situation.

Nietzsche once said that our true selves are born out of our difficulties.
We are not made by how many or how hard are the difficulties that come to us,
instead we are carved out of the mansonry that is how we deal with the situation.
It is only by confronting this head-on and rising above it that we may surpass ourselves to a much higher position that we ever were.
We would become masters of a Master Morality.
How our dealing with these difficulties have shaped us to surpass anything that life may throw at us,
and so become more than men and women, but Super Men and Women.

Having said this, I assure you, Celeste;
You will not only live through this, but surpass it with flying colors.
Struggle against these tides and refuse to let your will bend or break against the waves that flows against you.
If this is done, you will see yourself rising higher than you were before.
You would have ascended the mountains of life, having battled through blizards and storm;
and the view could not be any better in the lower plains you stood only moments before!
The roots of your difficulties would have dug deeper in the earth, reaching more fertile soils that would grant the magnificent plant that you are, a much more magnificent flora.

You will see yourself like never before,
and you will be glad.
These difficult moments would be cherished,
because it was through their scorching flames that this stronger you was carved out of.

So take heart and strive on, Celeste!
Don't give up and look forwards defiantly and scream,
'Vive la liberte! Viva la resistance!'
