Noticing him Hulinn licked her lips suggestively and winked at him over Saiya's head. Smirking as she detangled the girl from her person. "Well that's all good and dandy, but we need to keep that on a need to know basis. There are too many people who would use that against us right now." She told Saiya as she backed her into Kai, trusting him to take her.
Saiya nodded her under standing as she leaned back against Kai. "Ok. I can do that." She assured her.
Abby smiled and returned the embrace. "Father has been keeping me busy and locked up." She replied to the older woman.

"Well I'm glad to see you anyway honey." the woman replied, smiling. "Now I believe we should get down to the bussiness of why I'm here." Madam Tristcal stated, directing it at the others as she kept an arm around Abbey.
Cral laughed as he noticed the shocked look on the young guards face when Hulinn winked at them. "Good luck." he muttered heading off down the hall, heading towards one of the longest nights.
Kai wrapped his arms around Saiya as she leaned against him. "We'll see." he joked. "Yes lets." Kai answered as he turned them both towards Madam Tristcal.

Seeing that Saiya was otherwise preoccupied, Hulinn winked at Madam Tristcal and slipped back out of the room. She arched an eyebrow at the guy carrying the bags and waved him by, not even showing the slightest interest as she silently followed Cral's trail, staying far enough behind to remain undetected. She put a finger to her lips and winked at the one with the bags as she turned a corner after him.
Saiya nodded. "Kai says you can keep them out of my head. They tried to use me to kill him tonight." She admitted sadly as she reached back to wrap her arms around his waist.
Abby smiled as she poked Madam Tristcal and made a motion at Saiya. "I warned her not to have too much caffeine." She informed the old woman, implying that she had not told Saiya or Kai why she had said such a thing.

She patted the girl's hands. "And you were right. I'm glad you remember our lessons." Madam Tristcal stated proudly as she motioned for the guard with her bags to bring them in.
He leaned down and kissed her neck. "I told you to stop worrying about that." Kai muttered, sighing as his arms tightened around her.
Cral twisted through several hallways on his way to the war room. Reaching the door he swung open one of the large imposing doors as he passed the guards standing outside. "Good. You're back." the General stated, standing in front of a long map stretched along the table. "The messenger said it was important." he commented, moving to stand beside the General. "That it is..." muttered the General.

Hulinn frowned at the closed door and smirked as she used a wall climb to reach the rafters and then squeezed through a small rift between then walls and the rafters. Silently she perched where she was in the shadows and watched.
Saiya frowned. "I almost killed you, you may not think it something to worry about but I do." She informed him as she looked to the woman. "You can fix it right, so they can't control me?"
Abby smiled in return as she sat back to let Madam Tristcal take over.

"Yes, I can block them." she stated, smiling at Saiya. "But the thing that will help you the most, to keep you from future invasions if you would, is to learn to control your powers." Madam Tristcal explained as the guard set her bags in front of her feet.
Kai just sighed and leaned his head against her shoulder. He knew she felt bad about it, but that didn't mean he wanted her to worry so much.
"It seems our old rivals of the Eastern Deserts have taken this opportunity of distraction to try and sneak up on our fronts stationed in the Dry Mountains along the border." the General explained, trailing his finger along depictions of their outposts. "And you want me to sneak into their territory and see what we're up against." Cral more stated then asked as he studied the map. "Exactly. You're the best at what you do Cral, and we need you on this one right away." he stated, his eyes roaming over the map as well. "I wouldn't be able to take an eagle, it would be too visible. I'd have to ride the Trade winds diagonally up to the outposts from here." Cral thought out loud, pointing to what looked like to be a hot spring to their Northwest. "That way I can slip in during one of the sand storms without the realizing."

Hulinn dropped down silently behind them. "Or you could hire a theif to create a distraction of your own." She suggested with a smirk and her hands on her hips.
Saiya gave a nervous laugh as she rubbed the back of her neck. "I'm pretty sure it takes a while to learn how to control something and we don't really have that long." She pointed out.
Abby smirked. "About what?" She looked to Madam Tristcal. "Eight months and Three weeks and a few days?" She teased with a giggle. Frowning Saiya blinked at Abby. "What is she going on about?"

Guards rushed out of the shadows in the room to surround Hulinn with weapons drawn. "Its alright." Cral stated, slipping through them to stand next to Hulinn. "She's with me, though she shouldn't be here." he explained, glancing at her. He was defiantly not amused. "I'll trust you to deal with her then. Dismissed." Cral grabbed Hulinn's hand and practically dragged her from the room. "Are you insane!" he muttered once the doors to the war room closed behind you. "Do you know how close you came to an execution?" Cral asked angrily as he turned on Hulinn.
"She's referring to the length in time in which it would take me to teach you to control your power." she commented, reaching down for one of her bags. "And I wasn't giving options, I was merely telling you the two things I'm going to do to secure your safety... Why do you think I brought so much stuff?" she asked, looking back up at Saiya.
"Just trust her." Kai whispered. "She knows what she's doing."

Hulinn rolled her eyes. "Relax. Do you have any idea how many times I've been almost executed?" She asked him as she stepped into his personal space. "It makes me all hot and bothered." She purred. "Besides, you're guards are obsolete for not noticing me the minute I was in the room." She pointed out. "You don't honestly think I didn't know they were there? Just be glad I wasn't hired to rob you."
Abby snickered as she looked at Madam Tristcal. She was hoping at least Kai would have picked up on the clues by now and it seemed that Madam Tristcal was going to keep up the game.
"That's an odd amount of time for it to take to train me." Saiya muttered as she eyed the snickering Abby. Sighing she pulled at her own clothing. "Speaking of stuff, I should probably get a change of clothing at some point so I can wash mine."

Madam Tristcal glanced at Abby and winked as Saiya pulled on her clothes. "I thought you might need some, so I stopped by the tailors earlier this week." she stated, holding out the bag in her lap to Saiya. "You'll find they might be a bit big, I wasn't sure exactly what size you'd be."
Kai just kind of stood there dazed as he looked from Saiya to Madam Tristcal and Abby and back, over and over.
Cral took a stepped forward, not letting her get away this one. "Do you realize what just happened in there?" he asked quietly. "I just stepped in and helped an intruder, who by the General's standards knows to much for their own good." Cral explained. "I know you like playing games Hulinn, but I won't let you play them when it comes to protecting my people." he stated seriously, starring at her. He didn't even register how close they were, or the fact that he'd somehow managed to back her against a wall.

Hulinn frowned. "I wasn't kidding in there. You'll do better if you create a distraction of your own to be sure they won't notice you slip in." She hissed at him. "I'm offering my help. Free of charge help. From a professional assassin/thief." She informed him trying to make him realize the severity of what she had offered.
Saiya arched an eyebrow as she glanced at Kai. "Why is everyone looking at me so weird?" She asked as she took the bag and opened it, pulling out one of the dresses inside that was the same shade and basic design as Kai's tunic.
Abby smiled at Kai and reached over to dump the rest of the clothing out on the bed. Saiya was used to modern clothing so she wouldn't notice, but Kai would get the answer to his questioning look just by taking in the design.

And Kai did notice. Barely making it to the chair before his knees gave out. He looked at Madam Tristcal for confirmation.
She smiled as she gave Kai a wink. "I think he's finally got it." she commented to Abby.
"The sandstorm will create enough of a distraction. You are needed here." he answered, a little less stern with his tone now. "The ceremony to protect your niece will take almost a full day, and she will be more open to attacks then ever." Cral explained. "I thank you for the offer and I acknowledge what it means for you to give it but you're family needs you and I would not pull you away from that duty." he said seriously as he looked Hulinn in the eyes. "Besides, there's no need to worry about me. I'm the best at what I do." Cral stated, trying to reassure her as he laid a hand on her shoulder.

Hulinn narrowed her eyes and shrugged his hand off of her. "You don't even know what I offered." She hissed at him as she pushed away from the wall and passed him, heading back the way she had come to the rooms. She had never in her life offered anyone but Saiya free help. Not even Kai had ever received her services for free.
Abby nodded and giggled as she glanced at Saiya. "Shall we retire for the evening? Our room is next door. Might be good to let them speak." She said.
Saiya frowned and looked at the cloths then to Abby, Madam Tristcal and Kai. "Are you ok?" She asked him with an arched eyebrow. "You're all kind of confusing me." She muttered as she sat down on the bed with the dress in her lap. "What have you finally got?" She questioned him with a frown.

"I think we should." she whispered, standing up as she offered Abby her hand. "Come along then, we have our own catching up to do deary." Madam Tristcal added as they left the room.
Kai stood up and made his way to Saiya, kneeling down in front of her. Taking her hands in his he pressed them against his lips. He was so happy he didn't know what he wanted to do first. Go running through the halls screaming out he was a father at the top of his lungs or scoop Saiya up and hold her to him. "You're pregnant." he whispered finally, looking up Saiya.
Cral sighed, he knew he'd somehow insulted Hulinn. But maybe she'd understand once she heard the news that Saiya was pregnant, maybe then she'd understand. Running his hand through the feathers covering his head he sighed once more as he turned to heads towards the armory. He'd need to pick up a few special things for this mission.

Hulinn smirked from where she stood outside Kai's door. She decided to go to bed and let them have their needed time alone.
Saiya blinked at him with wide eyes. "You're serious?" She muttered as she glanced at the cloths and paled as the things Abby had said suddenly made perfect sense. She blinked again as she looked him in the eye, his excitement was obvious. "I'm pregnant?" Her voice almost sounded panicked and on the inside she was panicking. A seer's power was passed from female to female, a male seer was rare. So if the baby was a girl she would have the same curse that Saiya had and that though had her nearly hyperventilating. The idea of pushing the things she saw on another person, a child!
