When I read about this contest all I could do is laugh!!! Then it came to me! Noi wants to be Jeffree Star, whom is you don't know, is a drag queen!

So my idea was to mix Noi's current male avatar with a Jeffree Star look and this is what I came up with. I have also Included the Jeffree Star picture I referenced off of!
