Giving up Sokka, mumbled, "a*****e..." before sinking back onto the floor. He hoped his sister would get up soon. Damn it. This felt like the start of a horrible nightmare.
((Gawd, I'm so confused right now. I've never played a character getting locked up... just doing the locking... *sweating beads* ))

((XD I'll have Katara wake up so she can help you. I've played characters who were locked up plenty of times. <3)) Zuko turned on his heel and headed back up the stairs. Katara groaned, slipping back into conciousness, "Wh-wha...?" she mumbled.

((*shameful grin* ... thanks... crying ;;;;; ))
"Ka-katara! Oh my gosh, Katara, you're awake!" Sokka cried out, stumbling to the bars that connected their cells. "What did that jerk do to you?! Are you hurt? Are you cold? Do you need anything?! I'm so sorry I made fun of your waterbending! I really don't hate it, I just wanted to be a better big brother and I obviously failed because you are all locked up just like me and... and... I'm talking to much aren't I...?"

((XD)) Katara looked completely confused and disoriented as she tried to answer all of Sokka's questions and comments, "Erm... he knocked me out I think... not hurt, not cold, kind of need to get out of here..." she sat up and squinted her eyes trying to recall all what Sokka had said, "It's okay, and yes..."

"D-do you think we'll be able to get out of here?" Sokka asked with a worried frown.

Katara groggilly stood up, examining the bars. She frowned, "I don't think so... but we should try anyway..." she whispered, hoping the guards didn't hear her.

Sokka looked around. Everything was so bare. Nothing to work with, just pure metal.
"Katara..." He started quietly. "Is our village alright?"

Katara looked down, "They sent me to go get you... they were planning to stand up to the Fire Nation soldiers on their own... I'm not sure how they're fairing though..." she frowned.

Sokka sighed, "This is horrible...." He found his eyes drifting to the floor as well, " I... I wish dad was here..."

Sokka sighed, drawing an invisible drawing on the cold floor. After a minute or so, he cocked his head and said, "Hey... do you think if it gets cold enough in here, ice might form on the metal...?"

Katara blinked, then smiled, "That... that just might be! I'm not very experienced with ice yet, but it might just be enough to get us out of here..." she suddenly put a hand over her mouth when she realized the guards were watching.

Once the guards turned away, Sokka had gotten another idea, "Or, if that doesn't work, we can spit a lot - and you can bend that!"
((That's disgusting to imagine... -.-))

((^^;; )) Katara paled slightly, "That's... disgusting... but if it comes to it..." she shivered, "But... I don't know if I can use Waterbending to cut metal... I've never tried cutting anything with Waterbending before..."

"Look, sis. I know you can do it. You are an awesome waterbender, and a strong person too.... I believe in you." Sokka looked around wearily. "We have to find a good time to try it. It'd be nice to get off this ship before it departs..."
