In order for the jutsu to actually work, one must have a specific seal placed anywhere on their body. The seal itself is a two-part seal that serves two separate functions. One is a fire seal, requiring the user to first seal any kind of flame into the seal, the Amatseru's black flames are often considered as a final trick if those are within the seal, but any kind will do. The second seal is where the trick truly lies, as it serves the main purpose of the technique. Its initial function serves as a heart monitor, along with a fail safe chakra flow monitor, in order to ensure that the user's death is absolute and not faked or a momentary stopping of the heart. When the conditions are met, the second seal will trigger the first and cause it to release the sealed flames which will quickly continue to consume the body starting from the placement of the seal. Every cell that the fire makes contact with is immediately processed into a chakra made memory bank, noting everything about each individual cell (function, protein, amino acids, number of remaining duplications, etc.). When the body is consumed and entirely incinerated, the chakra is then nested into a single hidden position in the ground within 50 m of the original body's dying position. The chakra within this memory bank can only last for a total of 3 days before it will begin to disperse parts and loose its function. Since the user at this point does not exist, they can't control the release to occur anytime sooner and 3 days has been designated enough time for most threats to leave the area, and because any longer would result in the loss of some of the memory of cells, possibly resulting in a failed revival. From this point, the chakra will securely bury itself in somewhat shallow ground and begin the process of rebirth. more often than not, the surrounding terrain can be combined or slightly altered to create the majority of the body, but for the more complex cells, other molecules must be broken down into their most basic forms and bonded together in a new manner to form these more specialized cells. This is the most time consuming production often straining the time of creation anywhere from 12 to 18 hours. When the entire body is finally created, the remaining chakra is used to jump start the body, kicking the heart back into action as well as the circulatory, excretory, and all other bodily systems. However, the amount is only just enough to keep the body running, any techniques attempted will fail. When brought back, they must dig themselves from their shallow graves (2 to 3 feet deep) and then continue to fix themselves. Memory will return in minutes and one of the first things to occur is an urgent need to use the restroom in order to remove garbage. The reason this happens is because it is practically impossible for the amount of chakra to completely remove all the minerals within the newly crafted body cavity so they are collected in areas where they can be easily dispersed (colon, stomach, bladder), and can lead to possible kidney stones. Upon reanimation, chakra production will be cut down to 1/2 and requires a full week for it to return to normal. The cells that are remade are technically sound and fully functional, but are truly unstable at their core and will remain that way for at least a month after revival. With this, if the user is killed within this month-long period, the way the cells are preserved will face an error, since the cells are still not completely stable. It will result in missing areas in the memory collection, blank spots, and when the body is reconstructed, it will simply form as an abomination which will more than likely die within minutes if not right off the back. The seal MUST be either carved or scalded/burned into the skin and continue to seal the allotted amount, meaning the day this seal is placed, the user must rest for the continuation of 20 hours or however long it takes to recharge from a nearly complete chakra drop. The danger often lies in various ways stated earlier, but for hindsight; the first is the vast amount of chakra needed to be placed into the seal for it to last 3 days on its own and complete reconstruction as well as have enough to revive the body, the next is that the user is in such a weakened state that jonin could easily finish them off, and finally, after being revived, the state of chakra and user in general is weakened for 3 days and the cells are not returned to normal for at least a month.

This jutsu temporarily reinstates the natural human reactions into the area of the Hitokogetsu that is struck. As the human the puppet once was is now dead, their reactions are null, meaning the stricken area behaves like a corpse. When striking the legs, arms, hands, or feet it causes those limbs to become immobile by restricting the chakra foreign to the body, thus removing the Human Puppeteer from control. This also cancels any usage of chakra through the struck areas. If the heart region is struck (at least part of the strike must cover the heart) then the entire puppet becomes "dead" again, albeit temporarily. If the user of the Counter strikes the head of the puppet, it nullifies any doujutsu (ie, Sharingan, Byakugan) that the puppet may have. Weakness: The chakra repulsing effect by which it removes control of the Hitokogetsu by the puppeteer lasts only a few minutes (3 posts) Also, this jutsu is useless against the type of puppets that are controlled by chakra threads. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jutsu's Element: Wind Jutsu's Type: Ninjutsu Description: This is a nasty jutsu. The user focuses on an area a few feet in diameter, and creates a near invisible skin of hardened wind around that area. From within this area, the jutsu's user removes the oxygen, causing asphyxiation as the vital air component is taken. There are three stages to this jutsu, and each stage can be used by progressively higher ranks of shinobi. At Chuunin: Jutsu is immobile, easily escaped. At Jounin: This Jutsu can be fixed to a body part or object, so is harder to escape. At Sannin/Kage: Jutsu is truly deadly, moving in to A or S rank. Jutsu now covers an area several yards in diameter, and can move, although slowly. To escape: Pop the bubble; not as easy as it sounds. Wind jutsu do not pop bubble, but rather enhance its toughness, making subsequent attempts to pop it harder. Fire jutsu cannot originate within the bubble, as there is no oxygen to fuel fire. Techniques that create fire outside the sphere can burn away bubble, but if the bubble is around someone's head when burned away, they will receive burning on the head, and quite probably lose a good deal of hair. Lightning jutsu of equal or lesser rank cannot pierce the wind jutsu, but higher rank can. Water jutsu: See Fire jutsu, minus risk of burn damage. Earth Jutsu: All earth jutsu above D rank can pop the skin of the vacuum bubble. Metal (ie kunai, senbon, shuriken) Can pop the bubble, but care must be taken not to accidentally pierce the victim.

Range:N/A Jutsu Element: N/A Jutsu's Type: Medical/Genjutsu Description: This jutsu was created to heal the effects of the Reisei Waru no Jutsu. To use it, the person must be a medical ninja who knows the Reisei Waru jutsu, prefereably the same person who performed the Reisei Waru on the intended target. This allows the mednin to know what is wrong. The jutsu operates by altering the memories created in the Sanity Shatter genjutsu. This is achieved by showing the target to genjutsu worlds. First, the created world is a near carbon copy of the world created by the Reisei Waru jutsu. The differences are that this world seems almost unnoticeably cheerier. The major difference is that at the point in the Sanity Shatter genjutsu when the act of betrayal occures, in this world a good event takes place and replaces the damaging memory left by the Reisei Waru. Then the healing genjutsu slowly segues into the next image world. This second one is much simpler. It shows the target their life in a few years, surrounded by friends and loved ones, in a world of peace. These two happy, bright worlds are intended to remove the blight upon the survivor of the Reisei Waru, and enable them to trust and love as easily as if they were undamaged. This is an eye-contact genjutsu. The target must have suffered and survived the Reisei Waru no Jutsu for this to be viable. It will not affect the effects of other brain damaging or brain-altering genjutsu.
