"Wait a half burned mark? Does that mean I need to get another mark on the back of my neck?" Zane sighed as he touched the mark that was already there.

Thinking for a moment, Luo shook his head. "I'm afraid it wouldn't be possible, at least until I become the head of the clan and receive the other half of the burn mark that I need. Each clan leader can only pass on one burn mark per reign until another comes it. It is done only in great gratitude, or a grave situation. However, because of your monkey summoning training, I believe that I can teach it to you without you having to have it. You've grasped a level of meditation and primal instinct that can be channeled into the technique. However, your tsunami tama will have to be decreased in effectiveness by twenty five percent. In other words, each one would only be 75% as effective as anyone of them you could make. So it is doable, just difficult."

Zane thought about this as he made a single Tsunami Tama in his right hand. He watched the sphere swirl and gush around his palm as he watched it intently. "So does that mean that this single one would be 75% effective?" Zane asked him trying to understand the concept. It was all over his head and if Luo knew him at all, he'd have to place it in simpler terms.

Luo shook his head, seeing he was going to be doing a lot of that with the odd concept. "Well, not really. See, for you it is at 100% okay? And that's for me as well. But to teach you to use the twin tsunami tama without you having the burn mark, it would mean that each sphere would have to be at maximum, 75% power. Otherwise, your chakra control would overload itself, and they would literally explode in your hands. Think of it like you having to divert power from one battering to two engines."

"Oh I get it now," Zane laughed embarissingly as he continued to fuel the sphere in his hand. "So then...what do you think I should do? Because in my opinion...100% is not better than 150%"

Sunso arrived at the lobby, looking around, as he waited for the one he was escorting here. He was slightly nervous, since he was barred on pain of death from entering this village, and because of this, he had his left hand on his pouch, and his right hand on his 6 ft blade on his back.

Luo sighed. "Well it isn't obvioiusly, but for chakra conservation sake, and overall effectiveness, one would be better than two. However, it always just depends on what you're doing with it. The move is very malleable."

"I guess I'll wait then before I attempt at doing something like this," Zane sighed. "At least I've perfected the Tsunami Tama no Jutsu!" Zane pointed out as he released the ball of water and made it evaporate within his hands. "So I'm definitley looking forward to what the next stage is...I haven't even shown off my ice moves yet."

Luo nodded a bit. "I agree. I think at jounin level, we'd be better suited to learn the technique." He then grinned. "Yeah, there are some move I haven't used yet that I can't wait to try out as well."

((Sorry Wings, didn't see you had already posted here.))

There was a loud bang as the doors leading to the lobby flew open, followed by a wave of thin dust and sand that quickly settled to the floor after a few feet. Lowering his right foot, Jono brought it down so smoothly that it wouldn't register even to animal ears. Continuing inward, each step made a fine click, echoing with crisp perfection off of each wall as he came to a halt only a handful of steps in as he shouted, "Has anybody seen the Mizukage?"

"Jono!?" Zane exclaimed as he walked over to him, inspecting the shinobi to make sure it was him. "Haven't see you since...well since that incident with the previous Kazekage!" Zane pointed out. "How have you been? And what are you doing here? Oh and the kage's clone is right over there, the real one should be at the office. Why what do you need?" Zane asked him curiously.

"Hey Zane, it has been a while. I've been good, and from what I can see so have you. As to why I'm here to see the Kage, well, we've got...things to sort out between our two villages. You know, simple things, since we might be going to war and all." Jono spoke with a pleasant smile, his eyes gliding over towards the one Zane pointed out.

"Wait what? War with who?" Zane was stunned as he took a step back away from Jono.
PostPosted: Mon Sep 07, 2009 3:15 pm
"That's what I'm trying to figure out myself." Jono spoke, but while his answer was suitable for Zane's question, it was also directed at another in the background.

Sunso took a position next to this Jono, his hand still on his sword, as his other hand was in his pocket, his eyes were darting around. Anyone in this room could turn on them during this time of stand off between mist and sand...he had to stay alert.
