The goddess raised an eyebrow at how cocky the young man was. "I wouldn't get cocky if I were you child." Anubis smiled a bit seeing the anger flare in Nutt's eyes. She didn't like those who were far from being humble. It annoyed her more then Ra. She was one of the oldest gods in the world. She was older then Ra himself. Her magical power was immense, but her weakness was her love of life. She didn't kill and didn't like to injure others. She was quite the odd woman, far from being old. She didn't even have an animalistic form. Her true form was radiant and beautiful, but neither animlistic or human.

I think I'm pissing her off... Austin though, a smile appearing on his face. "I can act how I wish, What are you going to do?" Austin taunted. He wanted to get her good and angrey. He knew that anger leads to recklessness, and reckleessness leads to defeat.
Naru sighed. She was getting no actoin, and it appeared they were tag-teaming. Naru really wanted to get in the fight, shown by her having her bow and arrow knocked and at the ready. If Austin needed any help, she would be their.

Nutt clenched her fists, ready to cast a spell, but something stopped her. Don't let him get to you. You should know better then that oh great goddess. Thema mused in the goddess' head. I'd very much like to keep my life, so please don't act like an idiot and get me destroyed. Nutt only nodded at Thema's words. She took a few deep breaths and smiled kindly at Austin. "We don't have to fight you know. You could come with us peacefully."
Anubis grunted at the thought. He looked over at Naru and stood up. He briskly walked to the girl and raised an eyebrow. "And what do you think you're going to do little girl?" He doubted a human would be so reckless as to fight against a god. It just didn't seem right.

"I know, but I'm just not going." Austin said with a smile. "I'll just meet everyone in Falwin, when the gods gone at least." He looked at his sword and watched the bolts of lightning streak up and down the blade, "So, my plan is to taze you guys and keep going." He finished, a cheecky smile appearing on his face.
Naru stared in awe for a moment at Anubis. She thought it was pretty easy to tell what she planned, so she put on a sarcastic look and said, "Waiting for a shark so I can shoot it. What does it look like?" She said, looking dumbly at him.

Nutt only sighed and shoook her head. She held her white staff firmly in her hands. It didn't turn into anything really. It just stayed as a staff. "Do what you wish, but you can't escape our hold child. If you hurt us you hurt the humans in us. Just a fair warning. Unlike me, Thema isn't as forgiving." It was true. Thema was the complete opposite of Nutt. She was a trouble maker and a carefree girl at that. She could snap at any given moment, but was kept at bay by her brother, Atsu.
Anubis only smirked at the girl's reply. "Little mortals shouldn't be playing around with gods and demi-gods. It would be a shame if you got hurt. If I were you i'd just sit back and relax. Trust me. Neither myself or Nutt plan on really hurting your friend." Anubis acted mean, but in truth was as nice as could be. He cared about people, but wouldn't admit it.

Desirous rubbed his temple. "Very well. If you do not wish to become my ally, you will become my enemy," he said stubbornly. With a flick of his wrist a huge bubble engulfed him and Donsei, and then popped; Donsei and Desirous were gone.

The moment Desirous dissapeared, Austin slipped his sword back into it's sheath. "And stay out..." Austin mumbled. He looked up at Nut, then Anubis, then back to Nut. "Thank you for the battle, but now I really must be going. The god is gone, the two people Lucy has been waiting for is here and my pacience is running low." Austin said, grinning, this time more happy then angry or enraged.
Naru nodded, "I can understand... but without me, Austin would probably by dead under some spikes somewere..." She said with a smile. "He may seem really indipentend, but without me, he'd be dead."

Lucy shifted into a hawk and flew over the fire, landing on Anubis' shoulder. The god wrinkled his nose in disgust. "Ugh you look like Horus." He said in a not to happy tone. Lucy rolled her eyes and turned to normal. "Does it look like I care?" Anubis said nothing and looked away. He allowed Atsu to take over again. Atsu looked down at Naru and smiled. "Sorry if Anubis caused any trouble."
Nutt looked around and sighed seeing as how Lucy had showed up again. "Looks like I must leave...Behave yourself kid." She gave Austin a kind smile before letting Thema take over. Thema walked over to Austin and aimed a punch at his face. "You moron! Were you trying to kill us demi-god!?" She yelled in annoyance. She and her brother were very much human. The only thing was that they were magicians. Thema shook her head, wanting to kill the stupid half god.

Austin rubbed his face, "With all respect, their is a very big diffrence between taze and kill." Austin said. He laughed and observed the two for a moment. "Besides, I never kill the cute ones." Austin laughed.
"Not at all..." Nari said softly, looking up at the boy.

Thema only rolled her eyes. "Keep your lame comments to yourself." In her head she felt a stricking flare. Could you be a little nicer? I mean goodness Thema! Nutt scolded, making Thema roll her eyes once more. Lucy chuckled lightly at the children. Well looks like she was going to have to take care of four brats. She didn't intentionally mean for them to be brats. That was just a little pet name she had decided to give them.
Atsu snapped his fingers and the flames disappeared quickly. "Good. It would be a shame if someone pretty like you got harmed." He turned towards Thema and shook his head. "Is it impossible for you to be kind?" Thema shrugged and raised her hand to flick him off, but Lucy quickly covered the girl's hand. Goodness Thema and Atsu were complete opposites.

Austin chuckled, "Ok, If you don't like comments, then I'll keep them to myself." He said. He looked towards Naru, who was talking with Astu, and let out a small sigh of jelousy.
"It would be a pretty big shame wouldn't it?" Naru said, turning slightly away to blush. She enjoyed being called cute, learning this about three years ago when Austin called her cute. Naru liked Austin a lot, kind of annoyed he has not yet relized it after more then five years of exploring together. They havn't even kissed yet. Naru let out a sigh of annoyance.

Thema grinned noticing the look of jealousy on Austin's face. "You like her don't you? Why don't you tell her that?" She wasn't one to talk about relationships, but it made sense to her to tell someone that you liked them. If you didn't, then how would they ever know to like you back?
Atsu raised an eyebrow. "Is something wrong?" His voice was gentle and had a small hint of charm on it. In the corner of his gaze he noticed Thema cursing at him. He ignored it and placed his hand on Naru's face. He was a flirt and Thema knew it. She wanted to punch her twin, but decided there was no point.
Lucy slapped her forehead and walked just a little ways ahead. "Hey brats! Get your butts over here before I leave you guys." She called out before turning into a wolf. She ran ahead in the demon wolf form, not bothering to look back. She knew they would follow her anyway.

"Waiting for the right time..." Austin said nervously. He couldn't tell her now, she was flirting with that Atsu guy. Austin sighed and bagan walking after Lucy. "To Falwin then...." He said.
Naru blushed again. "Nothing... nothing is wrong." Naru said softly. She looked up at Atsu and smiled. This guy seems pretty cool... in five minutes he was able to do what Austin couldn't in five years. Naru thought.

Thema followed behind Austin and Lucy. "Tell ya what. I'll keep my brother occupied so you can tell the girl how you feel." She offered. She hated how her brother flirted like that. He had a girlfriend back at home, but didn't seem to remember that.
Atsu walked beside Naru. He flirted with ease and so far Anubis was disgusted with it. That made him laugh a bit when he thought about it.

"Don't... I have my reasons for not telling her... yet." Austin sighed, still walking. "It would become... 'difficult' for her to hold back when I have to do some thing dangerous. If we were together, I couldn't do anything. Sh'ed be too worried. I'm waiting till we leave adventure behind us intill I tell her." Austin finished. He ment every word of it.
Naru just laughed and blushed as Atsu flirted with her. Already, she was turning to fall in love with him, Austin slowly slipping her mind.
