Auntie Scarlet will be so proud! it must happen gradually, for the most part -- occaiional dramatic instances aside -- for it to feel like good writing to me. much like FFXIII (possibly one of the only good things about that game was character development). but aye, your point is valid; she must grow up and evolve. the traumatized sheepling slave-girl bit was merely a tool for introducing a character who would later become far more important.

So...I have a dilema. I did some Scarlet art, and it took a direction I didn't expect. It's Scarlet paddling an anthro bobcat. (Twi, I sent it to you.) No, the bobcat isn't anyone in particular. I was thinking of making another OC. I think it turned out really well, and I learned a new way to shade that looks awesome, if I do say so myself.
My problem is that I don't know where to post this picture. I can't post it on Gaia because I think it violates the TOS, in spirit if not in letter, and I don't know if I want to post it on DA, since my dad occasionally checks out my gallery. There's nothing really WRONG with it, no genitalia or anything. It's just a very mature and provocative concept. So what should I do with it?

Now I'm doing a short comic with Scarlet. Oy. She's never going to leave me alone.
Anyway, if anyone wants to write up a script or page-by-page outline of the RP, I can try to turn it into a comic. I'm too swamped to do the writing now, but I'm always looking for partners. wink

hmm... Ciro and Scarlet in their armour would be good, as would Val when he was ready for combat I can try and see if I can get that avatar to layer right on TekTek this time, or else dress him up on Gaia. I'll of course keep it simple and clean for ease of drawing.
also, I REALY wanna see the Daija/Alfons battle drawn out! biggrin

I've been thinking about Scarlet and Ciro as a fighting pair--I really want to do Ciro's one-eyed mask. mrgreen I'd love to draw Val. And the Daija-Alfons battle will probably be a poster-scene, but I'll see what I can do.
