doggy_poo i'm not really into dubbed anime, but i think they did a good job with tenchi muyo. i really liked the english voice actors. tenchi muyo's lucky it didn't get butchered the way naruto did. O_O >__> Pioneer may have picked good voice actors and did a decent job on the story, but they still screwed up in a few places. I do agree that the dub is very good; it is one of the best. I do miss Patrea Burchard.

I prefer English Dubbing but if it's not available at that time, then I usually settle for Subtitled versions.

Tenchi is the only anime series I like to watch dubbed in English. The voice actors fit the characters so well! I enjoyed watching it on Toonami when I was little, so I'm use to all of voice actors.

If you enjoyed the dubbing there, try s-cry-ed. It's got fantastic dubbing. There's no changes as far as I can tell to the story....PLUS....all the actors and actresses sound pretty similar to their Japanese counterparts! heart

Dubbed for tenchi and dragon ball. Everything else, you gotta go with subtitles. Especially stuff like akira.

I like it either way, actually. Sometimes, though, the dubbed version is funnier.

Though I like the dub I prefer to watch it subbed. I just like the Japanese voices more, especially the voices of Mihoshi, Washu, and Tenchi.
Though, I really don't like the dubs for the newest episodes [the contuation of the OVA]...mostly because I hate the way Ryoko sounds. >_<

Yeah...I hate it when they start screwing around with the story, cutting and pasting where they please! I mean look at what they did with Escaflowne and then Sailor Moon! Hell Sailor Stars is so messed up they couldn't even figure out a away to cut it off to make it "proper" enough for American audiences! Yet they keep all the perverted and violent stuff on Naruto?! WTF!!
