 Allyster looked at her and shook his head "Nope..." he said and looked at her "I am not even worried." he said and looked at her laughing. He set out some food for her "Here eat up!" he said. He secretly made the call to install a security system. He would have to stop it this way. He sat down at the counter and smiled "I am technically off beacuse of my injuries." he said.
He looked over at the T.V as they kept walking "I will catch her soon enough." he said. He looked at her and winked as if saying that she was going down but he was praying that she would give up before he had to bring her down but he had no idea why. He looked at her and shook his head "There is now way she is winning this time." he said and laughed in a very evil way.

Hayden looked at the food she was given. In her mind, she thought it to be poisoned but he had no reason to kill her. He wouldn't. He was a cop. Then again, he had done some illegal boxing behind the badge. Why wouldn't he kill her? Then again, he really had no reason to kill her. He wanted to expose her for the Night's Mistress she was and to watch her rot in jail.
She took the food she was given and began to eat. She didn't feel sick or dying from poison which meant it probably wasn't. But she still had her suspicions; especially when he winked at her. Allyster knew something she didn't and Hayden didn't think it was that she as the Night's Mistress. He had always believed that. Now wasn't any different.
Hayden finished her food and sat on the couch before flipping the channel to something else. The news about her again was a little boring.

Allyster stood up and went to the door when someone knocked. He answered it and let in a friendly looking man and they went outside. He talked to him about the security system and he began to set it up. He came in and sat with Hayden "sometime being a detective isn't worth it....especially when you have to bring down those who have grown on you almost OT the point you care too much for them.' he said. He shook his head " You have grown on my Hayden which is why I didn't leave you locked in the house like I tried to do.." he said.
It only took maybe an hour before the system was set up and them and left. He looked out the window " I wonder if the night mistress has anyone she cares for, she has to have a reason for doing what shes doing like I do.." he said. He seemed to be hinting at something but it would be impossible to figure out. He had started to like Hayden a little he had to admit.

It took all her strength not to moan or groan when she realized someone had come over to install a security system. "Thanks, now I feel a lot safer." She smiled, though deep down it was killing her. How was she going to get out of this one? She didn't know if breaking into the security system was worth it.
When Allyster said she had grown on him, she almost had a heart attack. Did this mean he cared for her? No. It couldn't be. They were meant to hate each other and that was that. The security system was just to prove that she was the Night's Mistress.
Allyster suddenly mentioned something about if the Night's Mistress cared for anyone. Did she? For some reason, she thought of Allyster but she didn't care for him. Did she? Hayden hadn't talked to her parents in quite sometime. She didn't know why. They were good parents but she just hadn't spoken to them in a long time. "Oh, I'm sure she does. No one is that heartless." Hayden shrugged and flipped through the channels but her mind was elsewhere.

Allyster looked at her and shook his head "I guess..." he said and looked at her "After all I reasons for doing what I do, even keeping you alive." he said "But not for obvious reasons.." he said. He looked ta her and hoped the system would stop her from trying anything else. He already knew who she was anyway so why not give up.
He looked at her and shook his head as he flipped through channels "Its gonna be a long time before this is over." he said "Between the night mistress and the Mafia, I have full hands." he said and looked at her. He wondered what she was thinking as she spaced out.
He did care for her but he would have to bring her down. it was his job and has always been so he would not let his feeling get in the way or so he thought. He finally had her thinking and maybe had her beat and without searching for her over and over again.

Hayden took the remote from him and continued to flip through the channels. Nothing was really on and Hayden wished he had better cable. Though, she wasn't really paying all that much attention to what was on the screen. How was she going to escape the house with a new security system? Either way she had to do something. Hayden recalled her younger years when she used to break into the school for some peace and quiet. Not to mention, she had dealt with security systems before. She was just afraid he would notice.
"Well, aren't you a little busy bee." She said and finally stopped on the Discovery Channel. It wasn't much but it was better than flipping through the channels a third time. "I guess we are going to be together for a long time. Good thing we're very fond of each other, eh Sherlock?" Hayden winked as she teased him. She knew they both hated each other. At least, she thought so. Then again, that kiss in the park seemed a little real. My a little too real.
(When should she get kidnapped?)

Allyster looked at her and smiled " I suppose.." he said 'Oh if you want more channels and something better go to the T.V and flip the switch.." he said and stood. He looked at her and smiled "I suppose I am fond of you, won't stop you front shooting you.." he said and closed his eyes ' Until I bring down this mob your in my care, and Allyster has never failed at protecting someone." he said. He looked at her and leaned back " Tonight I am gonna go to sleep early, hopefully I can catch the night mistress soon." he said and looked at her.
Allyster looked over at her and wondered what she was thinking of. He laughed and smiled he thought she hated him but even though he was begging to like her he could put up with her. He shook his head and closed his eyes. He smiled " So you planning anything today?" he asked. (After she gets caught trying to escape)
