Marie followed him into the house and looked round. There was a forest on the back of the tree that she could run in.

 Dominic Dominic looked over at Marie and smiled faintly as he went from place to place, gathering some things. It didn't seem like any time had passed before he had returned to her side, just two bags in hand. "I'm ready if you are, little wolf."

Marie looked at him and and smiled slightly and nodded. "Yeah." she said simply.

Dominic Dominic smiled down at her and nodded, leading her out to a dark red SUV sitting in the driveway. While it was in perfect condition, it was obviously well used. "This's what we'll be taking, it's comfortable, and spacious."

Marie looked at the SUV with question. She didn't have cars back in her village nor had she ever been in one. She looked at him curiously. "Is it safe?" she asked. She fidgeted feeling a bit stupid but she needed to know.

Dominic Dominic smiled brightly and took her hand, lifting it to his lips to kiss it briefly before he led her to the passenger door and held the door open for her "I assure you little wolf, it is quite safe."

Marie blushed and followed him over to the big red machine. When he opened the door and looked inside. It smelled funny, but it seemed safe. She hesitated but climbed in. She looked around. It had what looked like dials and buttons. there was a screen that had numbers in it and a big circular thing in front of the other seat. She grazed her fingers over the black material. It had a different feel to it. She looked up to see a flap which revealed her reflection.

Dominic Dominic smiled and shut the door softly behind her before he walked around the car and got into his own side. Starting the truck up with a rumble, he looked over at Marie "You can push any of the buttons you want on the dash, but I'll warn you, some of them may cause some rather loud noises..." he gestured to the panel in between them, where the radio glowed a soft red

Marie looked at the buttons but shook her head. She didn't want to risk scaringher self to death. She looked out the window while he drove. It amazed her how fast they were going. She looked over at Domonic. She felt her face flushed and she smiled slightly.

Dominic Dominic chuckled softly as he saw Marie shake her head. He continued driving, quiet for the most part... Lost in his own train of thought... A tiny voice at the back of his head was outraged by what he was doing, but another part of him... Was curious, and knew it was right...
Shortly after dark fell, he pulled into a parking lot in the middle of the city they were currently in. Pulling off his seatbelt, he turned and looked at Marie. "We're here to do some shopping, you're gonna need some more clothes.. Since we couldn't take you home to get your own things. Anything you need, or just want, anything at all, just tell me while we're in there, and we'll get it." the one good thing about his personality... He'd been untrusting of his family, and had set up his own bank accounts, which meant they couldn't cut him off.... But he could cut them off....

Marie nodded but didn't get out of the car. She had different clothes on and she knew how judgmental the humans were. At least what her elders told her. She missed her grandfather...one of the oldest elders in her tribe. She whimpered wanting to be home right at this moment. She crouched and turned back into her breautiful white wolf form and curled into a ball. She felt sick to her stomach finally feeling the rejection of her tribe sink in. Tears formed in her eyes and moved her long bushy tail over her face.

Dominic Dominic walked around the car and opened the door, looking at Marie "You don't have to worry.... Marie.. Little wolf..." he stroked one hand down her side, sighing softly. "Don't hide little one..."

Marie looked up at Dominic. She lifted her head and whimpered at him. She changed back. She had tears in her eyes. "I wanna go home." she whimpered and leaned her head on his chest.

Dominic Dominic looked at her with sad eyes and brushed the tears off her cheeks as they started to fall. "Little wolf, you go home now, and they'll kill you."
