At the shot, Edge immediately flinched back behind cover of the ceiling. She should have known better. Of course he'd be free from the EMF. Everyone who manipulated always was, and she made a rookie mistake to assume advantages and tricks that can be brought on with an EMF would work.
"I knew there would be people in the buildings, either home or working." She called out, giving up on trying throw her voice. "But unless you're aim is poor, the civilians are safe. I aim to protect them and would do nothing to bring them into any harm. I would have to deliberately attack them to cause harm. You're the one who will be dangerous to the civilians."
She was beginning to tire of their conversation. This reploid was clearly full of themself. Perhaps a combination of his arrogance and worry and doubt put into other Hunters when told of him was key to all his fights. Think too much of your enemy, you doubt yourself, and the enemy can overwhelm you. She would make no such mistake here.
She backed away from the edge of the building, going back to the opposite side. Edge then bolted forward and leapt off the edge, again going to next building. However, unlike before, she had saw blades in her hands. She looked down, spotting the Black Robot easily as he was at the corner of the building she was flying to. Before the moment was lost, she threw down as many saw blades she could down on him before the opportunity closed and she landed on the building.

Edge gave an inner sigh of relief, no longer feeling herself being beaten. Stasis was such an odd mode for her. Still aware and able to sense, just barely, but unable to do anything. But, if worked to fool the Black Robot into thinking he had killed her and thus stop the fight before she did really die.
Despite how uncomfortable stasis was, she was thankful to be in as she tossed aside. Even 'asleep' she could feel how bad that hurt. His remarks about "killing" her and the others made Edge grunt, but nothing would come out in the real world. Had he just listen to what I said, we wouldn't have to fight... She thought bitterly.
After what she thought heard the Black Robot leaving, Edge tried to pull herself out of the stasis, having no luck. Her energy was low, too low to fully pull out. She panicked slightly, fearful she was trapped. After five minutes of trying to pull out of stasis with no luck, she reluctantly gave up and rested with hopes of regaining enough energy to wake up.
Just short of ten minutes, Edge awoke and successfully got herself out of stasis, but just barely. She gave a sigh of relief, thankful to be conscious again. Though as pain settled in and her failing senses started, she started to doubt her thankfulness. Luckily, help was arriving. Edge never though she'd be so happy to (barely) hear sirens coming as she crawled up against the wall to get on her feet.
