Blade now sat down at the bar, wondering who his own partner was going to be, and if it had been posted he had not seen it. Sipping on his water, he had glanced at the girl who had flaunted her trophies towards Axel. Thank goodness Axel was so preoccupied with his own battle that he didn't even notice she was talking to him. Otherwise a fight would have broken out here and then. If she does manage to beat Kageko...then either Blade or Axel will fight her eventually during the chuunin exams. The exams specifically say that they are not allowed to kill, but then again, the Brotherhood has its own set of rules that don't coincide with society's laws. The Master will be here soon...he would no doubt relay the message to her, something will be done. But for the time being, she was not his concern. He wondered if Kageko would be strong enough to face her however. No doubt Kageko was strong, but this one...there was no predicting her no matter how annoying she was. Finishing his water, Blade couldn't help to stare at the now empty glass, pondering about the next step, their next goal. Once him and Axel become jounins, they'll be one step closer to being more useful to Master Rein's plans.

A smirk appeared on his face as Rini disappeared. As if a bell had rang in his head. Kageko was gone, he presumed she was on the battlefield. Rini had just recently left. He also presumed that was where she was heading off to. As he lifted out of the booth that he had headed to after nodding to Yasha, a chuckle escaped, not long after the smirk disappeared. "Hell yeah..." As his eye flashed purple, like it normally did when his blood started to pump, the Special Jounin moved toward the door. He spent these final steps preparing for what was to come. And getting into the fighting mood. Which involved some type of demon sucking up his soul. And it didn't help that he had learned a demon - ish sword style before he had brought himself to the NASCAFE. For some reason, however, this was nothing like when he had fought Lance or Tadashi. They had the intent to kill him, however, they chose not to. This may have rubbed off on him and he had proof; his fight with Yasha, not two weeks before hand. So he had to go in with the intent to kill, or else he wouldn't live long enough to even fall into the void. And then, right before the end, choose not to kill his opponent. Yeah... that was it. In a fine spray of mist, much larger than normal, the body of Tavian disappeared and he headed off to his fight.

Like Hiro, the man before him appeared to be educated, a possible scholar even. His words were smooth, smug, you could say that he was trying to keep his life a secret. "Like you stated before Mr. Saotome, I don't see how that is any of your business." Standing up from his seat at the bar, the young squad leader glanced up at the Mist Shinobi, "Just keep your hands off my squadmates, and there will be no problem." Hiro knew that he was more than likely outmatched, at least until he could accumulate solid intel that wasn't made on mere assumptions, but for the time being the squad leader was only standing his ground, as well as looking out for the safety of his squad.

"I suppose you could say that about any kage and their students." Hiro figured that the man was prolonging the conversation hoping that Hiro would release some sort of useful information to him. However, in a way Hiro was doing the same thing. The young chuunin took in everything about the person before him, known as Saotome. From the tone of his voice, to his body structure, to certain aspects of his apparel. What he had accumulated was that this Saotome figure was...

From all that he acquired Hiro could bet that this ninja was either a master in the art of weaponry, or genjutsu. However, this information could only be classified as assumptions for now, or at least until he knew more. "Excuse me, I have to watch my student make his way to victory." Hiro then made his way past Saotome, and began to move towards Zatoshi's arena. The great thing about Hiro is that to Saotome, he would almost appear as a blank slate. Everything about the chuunin, except the Windmill Shuriken hoisted onto his back, was standard. Basic flak jacket, weapon holsters, and Rain Village headband.

Rein entered the cafe...the waiting area for the chuunin exams. Her robe, now dry after being in Rain Country, wrapped tightly around her, giving her an ominous persona. The armor she wore beneath the robe kept both her chakra and her scent locked, a very handy tool she found beneath the palace of the Mizukage. With both of them locked, she gave off no scent and not a single shred of chakra emanated from her, as if she was in fact dead. This would hide her already enormous chakra signature from anyone who was remotely a decent shinobi. As she made her way across the room, she noticed several shinobis that were in the room. One of them was from the Rain village due to the Rain headband he sported. The other looked like Saotome, one of the Mist 7 and holder of her own bloodline. However, it had been years since she left Mist, so she wasn't exactly sure wether or not that was him. Regardless, its not like he would recognize her either. Axel made sure of that due to the facial reconstruction surgeory, and the fact that when she was in Mist, she was a mute. Thanks to her...'special' friend...she could now speak.

Walking to the other side of the bar, Rein sat down to the right of Blade, who was finishing his glass of water. Sitting down next to him, she sighed and placed her hands on the bar. "Its been a while my friend," she spoke, as if they were equals and not superior. "How have you been faring, and how are the chuunin exams going? I trust that your stay in Grass was good for you?" she asked, wondering if he had attained any information regarding the Grass shinobis and the current Kusakage Aki.

Since her match wasn't about to begin, Else headed for the bar as well, and ordered a soda. She watched the few shinobi in the room, she could rule some out to be her partner. However, she did not dare to go around asking if anyone knew if she was his or her partner. She'd just wait untill it got announced.
