The Administrator's eyes widened and his grin turned upside down. "What is this?!" This time, he was surprised. Somebody faster? As the flurry of blows began to strike him upon the right side, he knew he had to act quickly. His side was gaining gashes and burns, so he did what he could do. With a powerful expulsion of chakra, about the same amount that would inhabit an average chuunin, from his entire front side, he was thrown backward out of range, tumbling on the ground and narrowly missing the white-hot tube of flames erupting around Kaisen. His trenchcoat had caught aflame, which he quickly shed. It revealed a tight, grey shirt that was slightly scorched, torn, and bloody on one side. "It has been fun, but I really must be leaving." He sunk to his knees and leaned forward towards Kaisen. Three water clones would form by his side, though with difficulty. It was hard to muster such moisture with Kaisen's heat.
They dashed before the real Administrator, slamming themselves at top speed and strength at the same spot of flame, cooling it enough so that it would take away a bit of the risk of charging through it. With a burst of chakra, The Administrator formed a large, riot-shield like embodiment of chakra as he followed the water clones through. He was aiming to smash and go straight through the fire and slam into Kaisen and keeping running, aiming to run him and crush him against a barely standing wall of the armory.

Unfortunately for the Admin, having the clones shoot in first was a mistake. With his ability to detect changes in air currents from the Fuuton Master's Clan, Kaisen was able to detect them coming before they made it there. After ending the column prematurely, the clones would come face-to-face with a fully formed Susanoo, his blade already moving to slice all three of them in half. On top of that...Kaisen's right eye was closed.
An almost liquid-like chakra had shot out of the chakra gourd in the Susanoo's left hand, and formed a shield that sat in front of Kaisen. Under normal circumstances, this was the Susanoo's only defense. But his Susanoo was called 'Yagi Bushi', and offered two lines of defense to make it more difficult to counter. Even the Admin would need time to break through, and it would take a short bit of time. Valuable time.

As the admin melted through the shields, the Susanoo had plenty of time to swish the extra chakra sake around in its mouth before 'puking' it up towards the Admin. As it came out of its mouth, Kaisen would light it with Amaterasu, creating an SSS-ranked, black flame explosion in front of his creation and pretty much in the Admin's face. With both his wind detection abilities--as well as the fact that he saw everything Rahenno saw--he was able to sidestep the spike, observing it as it passed by him. It was the same, chakra-formed structure from before...but to think that he could so easily send it through the ground...this man was crafty. The man would return his blades back to his hands, and prepare himself for another engagement. In order to ease the bleeding, he burned his own wound into coagulating using the very outer edge of one of his blades. Because of the former weapon style training he'd received...Kaisen was immune to pain anyway, so this was simple.
As Kaisen eyed over his opponent, two things were certain. One...it was likely that one of them was going to leave this fight dead or severely damaged. Two...it was probably going to be himself. He had ascertained already that this man was incredibly powerful, and defeating him would be a stretch, even for a ninja of Kaisen's caliber.

As the wave approached, Kaisen pointed his palms at it. Around him, the temperature in the air would visibly increase as he used the technique. He expended even more chakra than normal--100 points--to bring the technique to a legendary, SSS-ranked level. With his current standings in fire, the technique reached a final SSSSS-rank. It would collide with the colossal wave of chakra, defeating it and continuing with quite a bit of its power remaining. Kaisen--however--was nearing his limit. He needed to end this now...he inhaled a great breath, and breathed out the True Hydra technique. It was boosted to SSS-rank in strength, and would hopefully seal the deal with the Admin...Kaisen, however, was on his last legs.

As the Admin spoke, Kaisen knew the final clash was coming. It was all he could do--all of his willpower--that shot him forward. Using the Body Flicker technique, he temporarily increased his own speed tremendously, using it to move at an incredibly high speed (16) for a short burst of speed. As he shot at the Administrator, he weaved around the arm while drawing, slashing, and sheathing his sword in nearly an instant as he passed by utilizing the Iaido from the Rain's Drawing Sword style. If the Administrator were to be sliced by this blade, he would notice that the wound bled more than usual, and wouldn't heal very well. Kaisen had utilized 'The Snow Grows Red', a technique from the drawing sword style. Once they passed each other, Kaisen fell to one knee, his right sword stabbed into the ground to hold him up; he was done. Hopefully, he had damaged the Administrator enough, but his battle was over.
