xxxxx Arekku arrived at the training ground with his two newly acquired assistance, they were confused as they were certain that he was gonna go to the palace. He turned an look at them with a big smile on his face. "Sorry I just had a stroke of genius!" Arekku said as he walked to a secluded area.
He took out one scroll and started writing lines on it. [1/24]
The lines on the scroll were sealing formulas, not to complicated or simple either. [2/24]
He wrote his theories on one scroll and used another scroll to design the seal. [3/24]
He kept writing and using new and newer scrolls as he attempted to create something new and different. [4/24]
The main problem he kept facing was on how to keep the seal up once it captured someone. [5/24]
Using ones own chakra was too much already, with the strain of capturing a person. [6/24]
It will force the user to stay and keep adding chakra to the seal just keep the person entrapped. [7/24]
Then it came to him what if the seal took the victims chakra instead of his own after the seal had been completed. 8/24
This will allow the user to move freely in they battlefield without having to concentrate on that enemy anymore. 9/24
He then took a scroll that was about sealing styles for demons. 10/24
The reason being is those seals have a way merging both the user and the demon chakra over time, creating one entity. 11/24
So in theory if he could make his seal into one entity that had the will to merge with the victim and siphon said chakra. 12/24
It seem like said theory could work and create the sealing technique that he wished. 13/24
Though as he created the new technique he noticed a few obvious weaknesses. 14/24
One of them was that the seal was not instant as such in battle it would only be able to be use an opponent you have the upper hand. 15/24
Though he was okay with that as long as it did it's job and allowed him to capture people. 16/24
Before he knew it he was finished with the seal that he would use for the technique. 17/24
He first test it out on a rock to see how it would work on inanimate object. 18/24

Afterwards he released the fish back into the pond, though he attached a wire to it. As he got far away from the river, he sent a current through said wire. The fish was instantly dead, as it died the seal on it's body activated and four trigrams appeared underwater. xxxxx Arekku looked over at the twins who just seemed to be relaxing, as they took note of him now that he finished. He approached them with a carefree look on his face. "Thanks for your patience. I think I'm ready to go meet my uncle about this whole shogun deal." He said as he put his hands on his waist.
Lei Fang smiled as she stood up first and then help her brother up before turning around to their ruler. "I'm ecstatic to hear that you are ready my lord." Lei Fang said as she bowed before Arekku with her brother following suit as well.
"But I fear that their is one more thing that must be done exalted one." Gen Fu said as he removed a scroll from his pack. It contained the bird seal of the Huan Pei Dynast.
Arekku grabbed it and read the details of the scroll.
"Dear Nephew,
I hope you are doing well, as you must know you are now the Shogun. But before you take on the real duties of a leader for our country, their is one thing I wish for you to do. There is a shrine south-west of Kusagakure in the country side. Inside of it there is a chest sealed away with ancient jutsu's. Gen Fu and Lei Fang are able to show you the way to unlock the chest. Bring back the contents of the chest in three days. That is all.
P.S If you fail, then forget about being Shogun and Kusa altogether.

The twins were not as mysterious as they led on to be. Arekku knew their history well enough, or at least the part he was able to uncover. After all four years ago they beat him senseless and without mercy during a test that Shogun Huan-Pei Xiba administered too all his possible heirs. And since then he made sure to know who these two where and their capabilities. After all they sure as hell knew him well enough.

HE plopped down into the knee high grass, and resumed his normal position of staring up at the sky, watching the clouds drift by through the trees. After a few minutes of self-pity, Lucius stood back up and stretched his back while walking over to a nearby tree. He pulled out a kunai and marked an X into the bark. Stepping back, a couple meters, he gave himself a mental go before ripping out three kunai and launching them at the center of the x. The first one hit a perfect bullseye, the second one a centimeter above the first, and the final one reflecting off the end of the first one. It looks like I’m ready for a fight, but I wish I had somebody to practice it.

[Kukishi had left the hospital a few days previously, her injuries now allll better. Kokuo was now under a tighter grip of hers; the two weren't at odds anymore about it, although he'd been pissed at her because of it for a while. His urge to fight was still a pull at her psychology, but it no longer dominated her. Still... it effected her, and that's why she was here, at the Kusagakure training fields. All the fighting, the training, the spikes of chakra... it made her skin tingle. After giving up the search for the seven-tails with Lucius, the two strayed from one another, as Kukishi so often did.
But she was here now, and she saw him practicing. Interesting that the two had crossed paths yet again. Remembering what Masako said about making friends, Kukishi considered approaching her. "Go hop on dat, Kuki." Kukishi growled, warning Kokuo to promptly GTFO. The horse just laughed in crooked amusement and remained silent.
Kukishi approached Lucius awkwardly. "Hello!" Her smile was false, her greeting shaky. She wasn't good at this social thing. After a period of awkward silence in which she just stared at Lucius, she turned to the Gobi. "What the hell do I do? How do I make friends with people? I'm not good at this, Kokuo." The five tails chuckled and peered through his cell bars, looking through Kukishi's eyes at Lucius.
"Fight him. That's all you're good at, anyways."
For some reason, instead of making simply speaking to the Chuunin, Kukishi thought this was the best course of action. "Would you like to - erm - spar?"]

She was the five tails jinchuriki that he needed to watch over since the seven tails was missing, and she had accompanied him on his stupid assignment to find the seven tails which was to no prevail. What surprised him was her wanting to spar. A tiny voice in his mind laughed and he chuckled to himself to over a thought he had, when it rains it pours. He wanted a fight, and a fight came. A fight with an extremely deadly jinchuriki. A half smile lit up his face, “Sure, a spar would be nice.” Then another though invaded his mind. This girl had to have mastered at least part of her tailed beast by now. This would probably be the first chance she got to practice with it, and practicing with him would be relatively safe. “To make this more interesting, you can use the five tails if you want. I know that he’ll like that.” With that he backed up a few steps already pulling out some kunai and wrapping sealing tags around them, his tattoos spreading over them and forming changing seals. “You get the first move.”

[Kukishi blinked and stood still for a moment. She hadn't actually mentally prepared herself for a spar, she'd just spewed whatever Kokuo told her. Kokuo let out a bellowing laugh at what she'd done and stood up on his hooves. "Well, let's have it Kuki. Use me. Put yourself in the second stage." But she didn't want that - nay, she didn't really need it. Not yet. She could win without being that far down the rabbit hole. Kukishi ran backwards, planted her feet on the ground, and pushed her fists together. A burst of steam was exhaled from her as her eyes turned a shocking shade of blue, forming red patches underneath them much like the Gobi. Her fingertips turned yellow as a white chakra burst forth around her, bubbling into steam occasionally.
The grass around her suddenly started to sizzle, the ground below her feet bubbling and crackling. A pool of lava formed below her feet, liquid and thin, and Kukishi sank into this lava up to her waist. It extended as far as fifteen feet around her, acting as a sort of moat of Youton that she could manipulate. This lava was A-rank, so it was a force to be reckoned with. To add on to what she'd already done, Kukishi pulled in a breath, her chest puffing up mightily, and then opened her mouth to let forth a storm of steam. Thick steam, scalding and dangerous, burst forth from her mouth and began to creep about the entire training grounds, reaching to grab hold of Lucius and burn him. The steam would not instantly boil someone's insides or anything upon touching them, but it would hurt like a b***h and cloud sight. Prolonged exposure would cause burns to the skin, and even mooore prolonged exposure would cause some issues.
And yet Kukishi still hadn't attacked, had she? After a flurry of handsigns, Kukishi reached her lava-drenched hands to the sky and then twirled them around. The ground split open as plates of rock, three of them exactly, were ripped from their homes. These chasms traveled towards Lucius to force him to move while Kukishi chucked each plate towards the Shinobi, predicting where he might move.]

Lucius finished his first two seals and leapt backwards, throwing one of the seals on a kunai towards his left and the other towards his right. Both of the seals were built off of the same basic pull seal but their specifics differed greatly. The seal towards his left had the word Steam on it, as such all the steam directed at Lucius would suddenly be pulled towards his left. Similarly, the seal towards his right had the word Earth written on it. The plate would veer towards the seal, barreling into the tree but keeping the seal intact. With his first two problems out of the way, Lucius activated his seals and began to take the offensive.
His hands flashed into a few quick hand signs, and once finished a wooded dragon would burst from the Earth. The dragon would charge directly at Kukishi. Before the dragon could reach however, wooden pillars would reach up in an attempt to bind the girl in one place, making her easy bait for the dragon
• Mokuton: Soutei Hashira [Wood Release: Binding Pillars] A skill that causes various branches to emerge up from the ground. These pillars bind the opponent as they wrap around them. Making them incapable of moving so that they cannot escape. • Mokuton: Mokuryū no Jutsu [Wood Dragon Technique] After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a gigantic wooden dragon from any surface, which is then directed to attack an intended target. Its shape closely resembles a Chinese dragon, though with a short trunk-like nose, having an elongated and serpentine body, which can be used to constrict larger opponents. It also has the ability to absorb a tailed beast's chakra once it is bound. Since it is animated, it essentially has a mind of its own. • Hiku (引くto pull) The seal is simple it literally pulls certain items to it. [Kukishi cursed as her steam was made useless, and as the dragon burst forth from the ground, she realized her lava was now useless - at least against that dragon. Her lava simply wasn't vicious enough to combat it. She'd have to resort to other means. Branches and pillars of wooden came from the earth by her little moat and tried to grab onto her. Without any handsigns or any warning, Kukishi suddenly disappear into thin air - or rather, steam. She became a cloud of steam, which shot away from the pillars and the dragon and the Youton with shocking speed. Because of Lucius's remaining seal, however, she was drawn towards him. The cloud of steam that was, effectively, her shot towards Lucius, attracted to his seal and materialized back into her physical body before it was consumed. Kukishi considered just spitting lava in his face, being so close to him now, then and there, but that could possibly kill him, and she didn't want that.
Fire wouldn't, though. Kukishi landed on the ground and, the moment her feet touched it, used a few simple handsigns and then slammed her hands together for the Hellfire Clap. In 15 meters around her, a wave of searing fire and explosive force would expand. Although she wanted to stay and see if it took out Lucius, his dragon was still an issue, and by now it was probably closing in on him. So she sprinted right past him, running as fast as she could from the best.
She turned to face the dragon and twitched. She couldn't use Kokuo's Shield; it was made of steam, and that stupid ******** seal was still active. It was certainly more powerful than her S-ranked jutsu; at least, by a little bit. "Speaking from experience with the Senju - don't let that thing touch you!" Kukishi's hands mashed together into the telltale handsigns of a Katon ninjutsu.
"I won't."
Fight dragons with dragons. A fiery maelstrom was conjured in front of her, and a dragon made of fire with three separate heads was created in front of Kukishi. Each head zeroed in on the dragon, opened its maw, and released a flurrey of fire directly at it to obliterate it.]

As soon as he saw her, he dived to his right, quickly but not quickly enough. The fire erupted and burned his entire left leg and lower part of his right. He let out a scream as the pain flooded his mind. They were burned, quite badly too. Healing them would be easy but he didn’t have enough time to heal his wounds. Suddenly, his senses went crazy. He could sense whenever she used a jutsu but not her preparation, and looking up he saw the beginning of a multiple headed fire dragon form and charge at his dragon. In a split second an idea came to his mind, similar to how she had used his seal. He pulled out a scroll and opened it up. On it were five different sealing circles, one for each element that he had prepared while traveling to Kumogakure.
He slammed his palm on the fire one and coursed chakra through it. This seal was different from the pull seal in one specific way, it could be reused. In a matter of a few seconds, the entire fire monster would have been sealed in the scroll. He was nearing what he hoped would be the last couple moves. He had sealed her fire dragon, his dragon would still be chasing her, and he still had tricks up his sleeve. Still on the ground, his legs useless, he released numerous chains from his body. These chains were strong enough to restrain even bijuu and that was their main use. The chains moved faster than Lucius normally could and once wrapping around his body would be nigh un breakable. But then he pulled out a trick that he planned. He slammed his hand once more onto the sealing circle that the fire monster had just been sealed into. The dragon would burst out, no longer under Kukishi’s control, but Lucius’. This was his strongest asset, his ability to turn his defense into his offense. Among reacting to two S ranked Dragons, Lucius doubted she would be able to escape.
• Technique Name: The Prisoner's Binds Rank: B Description: A technique used for a long time to restrain targets and even bijuu, these chains are incredibly powerful and specifically meant to lock around the demon's massive frame. The chains come from the user's body and can be used freely generally to wrap around targets at fair speeds, but to completely suppress an opponent's movement you must cease your own movement as well. This technique costs B ranked chakra per post to uphold and is nearly impossible to free yourself from once caught. • Fuuinka (Fire Sealing) Description: Yet another form of fire mastery, this particular technique was originally developed and mastered by the Sannin Jiraiya. Sometimes seen as the jutsu within a jutsu, this one has properties that only the most talented of shinobi will ever master. Unleashing a scroll usually readied in advance, the user tosses it in front of them and then performs the necessary seals. At once the scroll absorbs almost any incoming Katon and stores it within the scroll for later use or even study. However, much unlike Jiraiya, no other ninja within the Leaf or anywhere else was ever able to bring this technique to his level. [Again, Kukishi's strengths were turned against her. She growled and turned away, sprinting again, trying to think. She couldn't fight the dragons - she'd have to go straight for Lucius. And so she looked over at him, fire in her wake from her own dragon, and saw that he was injured from her fire jutsu. Chains were wrapped around him, as well. "Don't touch those chains. Or those dragons. You know what, ******** it. Bijuudama the ********> And that was what she would do - the Bijuudama. But not on Lucius, he was already injured. This was not a fight to the death.
Kukishi suddenly collapsed onto all fours. The chakra around her swirled rapidly, and in an instant, her body was transmogrified. Her features were hard to see beyond the black pulsing chakra that covered everything besides the white voids that were her eyes. Four tails protruded from behind her, whipping around in a fury. She looked like a little black Kokuo - she was a pseudo-bijuu. As the three headed dragon and the wooden dragon shot towards her to go for the kill, her tails bent together Black chakra formed, aggressive and loud, and just as the fire dragon released its fire upon her and the wooden dragon went in for the kill, a water-downed Bijuudama exploded in their faces, showering them with a blast of SS-ranked power. (S ranked + one extra rank as a host and all)
The ground below her became indented by her weight as she rained hell on the two troublesome dragons. Unfortunately, the two chains of Lucius's that Kokuo specifically told her not to touch touched her. More than that, they wrapped around Kukishi while the Bijudama was being fired from her back, but only grabbed hold of her legs because her back was currently the base for the Bijuudama. She ignored them. The dragons were her biggest problems right now.]

He was relying on this last move, and then she did it. Kukishi began to transform into her tailed beast state. But Lucius already knew why she would change into this state, and planned to win. Lucius was nice and caring, but he hated losing. He hands flashed just as the fourth tail appeared and the bijuudama began charging. A wooden avatar would burst out from under him lifting Lucius onto his head. The wooden dragon would fly back, becoming the avatar’s sword, and as the bijuudama was launched, the avatar caught it in its other hand. With the wooden dragon sword in his right hand and the bijjudama in his left, Lucius stood upon the ultimate anti-bijuu weapon. The avatar threw the bijuudama a safe distance away where it would explode in the forest, but not damage anyone. The avatar would swing the sword at Kukishi, who couldn’t move because of the strength of the chains, and it would wrap around her, beginning to drain the five tails chakra away. As every moment passed, the dragon just got stronger and stronger. Lucius sat in place concentrating, sweat running down his forehead. He was just as stubborn as this girl. He refused to lose.

This humanoid creature with a full body, and an oni-like face is usually created with a wooden dragon wrapped around its left arm, and is generally used in battle as an avatar. This creature is powerful enough to catch an uncompressed Tailed Beast Ball fired by the Nine-Tails. If the wood dragon is used as a weapon, it is the ultimate anti-bijuu weapon, with the long sword-like whip draining the tailed-beast's chakra upon all contact. It can go toe-to-toe with a Susano'o.

The fire dragon was gone, but now the wooden one was a much bigger problem. The Bijuudama was way too dangerous to use in a village - and she'd used it. And it hadn't worked. Kukishi hadn't ever had a fight like this in her life, and it was just a spar. She wanted to surrender, truthfully, before she had launched the Bijuudama, but not only was she stubborn - Kokuo was stubborn. She had a degree of control over him, but the adrenaline of the fight plus what little control he maintained pushed the both of them to continue fighting. Losing was unacceptable.
First the chains. Kukishi exploded into steam again, like she had with the pillars. The steam immediately shot towards the avatar, because the seal was somewhere (god knows exactly where) at its feet. She didn't go too far with the Steam Dash, though, to avoid the seal overtaking her. She transformed back into her Pseudo-Bijuu form, which sprinted away. The min-Gobi stood on top of its lava that had been made before. Still capable of Youton manipulation, the lava swirled around Kukishi in long spirals. She turned, dug her hooves into the ground, and unleashed her last resort. She charged forward as a hill of rock was made before her, 45 feet tall. Normally, the wall was too slick to climb straight up the slope, but Kukishi easily utilized the Wall climbing technique as she shot forward.
What Kukishi was using, as she sprinted up the wall with speed that was hard to track, was the Mighty Bash Technique of the Gobi. It was S-ranked, and caused the user to force their horns (hers currently being made of chakra) forward and move forward at speed equal to someone with a 13 speed state. Anything in the path of this charger would be destroyed. She used the slope to sprint up and fly through the air at an incline, soaring right above the avatar's head. Kukishi flew with blinding speed right at Lucius. If she was to hit him, which was most likely considering her impossible speed, she'd grab him, carry him to the ground, and then just call a draw. As she flew towards him, the lava that had been whipping around her slammed into the avatar's face to burn into the wood and corrode it away.]
Status: Stage 2 of the Gobi. moving at Speed 13 as long as she's charging.

It helped her get out of almost every circumstance she had been in. There were probably ways to stop her, but Lucius would hardly think straight. The burn was doing much more than he thought it would. His vision turned dark and his body fell forwards. As his face slammed into the wooden top of the avatar, he realized he was sitting in a pool of his own blood. He could see the crimson, iron tasting blood seeping from his legs. I’m suffering from blood loss, Lucius thought in the small portion of his brain that still worked. His body was numbing everything he felt, instead just focusing on the feeling of pain coursing through his body. He reached back with his left hand as it began to glow a pale green, slowly, the bleeding stopped and the skin began to heal. Growing new cells to replace the dead burned ones that covered the bottom part of his legs. He felt somebody grab him and assumed that it was Kukishi. He had stopped the bleeding and healed his legs but he was still fighting to remain consciousness.
Chakra: 76-?( I used medical jutsu but the fights over who cares anymore)=65+5(tattoos)=75 Speed/Strength: 5/4 Shadow: 39+1=40 Technique used:
• Shousen Jutsu (Mystical Hand Technique) Description: This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible. • Keksuki Gyouko (Blood Coagulation) Description: A simple healing technique. The user uses his chakra on a wound to make the blood there coagulate and stop bleeding. This is primarily used as a preliminary TREATMENT OPTION as it does not close wounds. The bleeding from superficial wounds can easily be stopped but deep wounds can require several minutes to stop.
