Unfortunately for Kisuke, the story that he told and the story that Firo told were different. Firo's held more detail, and overall seemed more truthful due to its simplicity. A man who tells a tale that flatly has no reason to lie. This did--however--reflect poorly on Kisuke. This was when the man turned to Kisuke in a rather upward rage. "Let me tell you something, you over-privileged worm." He said, pointing towards the seal on his stomach; anyone who assumed the Shogun didn't know everything about his villagers would be considered a modern day 'moron'. "I know that you're not fit to be a Kage. I know that you're not strong enough to hold a candle to nearly every other Kage in this world. Give me one good reason why I shouldn't wipe you off the face of this planet myself? Why are you worth my time, if I'm going to walk into this office and find dead bodies strewn on the floor?" His tone was accusative, confrontational, and completely soaked to the brim with venom. Kisuke's answer at this point would have to be damn good; the Shogun was PISSED.
"I'm not strong enough? I can wipe away a whole village in a blink of an eye." Kisuke wasn't good at confrontations that only insulted him. He only spoke the truth, he was beyond angry that a person- shogun or not- would enter the office and say he wasn't good enough to do what he does. "I'm doing my job at managing this village, that's why. Firo knew this intruder best, so I allowed him to kill him. And right now, the only dead bodies you'll ever find on this floor are enemies that don't belong here in the first place." He paused. "Sir."
"...That's it? That's all you have to say?" The answer wasn't sufficient. For now, though...Kaisen was eerily silent. "What village was this boy from? If I'm going to make amends with their Kage, I must know." The answer to this situation was rather obvious; Kaisen was going to this boy's village--personally--to settle the matter for good. "If I have to continue cleaning up your messes, we're going to have a problem, Kisuke. Also, I'm officially assigning you to the squad you assigned Ren." Before waiting for an answer, Kaisen formed a single hand seal. A black cloud would form under Testial's body, and lift him into the air. After that, the cloud would float next to Kaisen, ready for transport.
Well. Awkward. Slowly turning to the door, Firo thought it best to let this little dispute between the kage and the shogun be just that, a dispute between the two of them alone.
"Kusagakure." He hissed out, almost growling the name. His eyes seemed to grow bigger the more angrier he got, and he soon realized he was about to cross that border. He had complete control over Hachibi, but Kisuke could still be triggered by emotions if he allowed it. He breathed in softly, then out before turning his head away from Kaisen, looking down on his paperwork. He was almost done for the day, he could go take the time to cool down and meet with the squad the shogun had just thrown away. "I don't find this to be your problem, and I'll do if it, if it's so much of a pain. You are the shogun, with much more to worry about. You have to think of the Land of Lightning, while I have this village to think about. If an enemy intruded your castle without gate permission, demanded something that you couldn't give to him..." Kisuke shook his head, his calmed voice stopping at that. Kaisen didn't seem like the type to listen to a kage like him. In that second he realized that he no longer wanted to be in that situation. To be controlled by a leader like him, he threw his hands up. "I quit. Demote be back to S-rank, and give this job to someone you can easily manipulate." He was done with the work and all the problems.

After Kisuke spilled the beans on which village he belonged to, Kaisen set off on his merry way. "No. You leave this matter to me. Obviously, you have enough sorting out of your own village to do. I've already settled all of my affairs at my home, like a proper leader should." After that, Kaisen left the office with Testial's body in tow. However, Kisuke's last comment tickled him a bit. "If ever someone bothered to come to my estate, I would welcome them. Be it by feast or by blade, I would welcome them." After that, their conversation was over; the Shogun was gone.
Until those last, arrogant words were spoken. "You're quitting, huh? Well...I suppose that solves my problems. Inform Kurozawa that she is the new Raikage. For now, you are to engage in large group exercises with our trainees. Take them on survival missions in the mountains, show them what it means to be ninja. Do not fail, or the next step in this equation is exile." The final footsteps took him out of the office, and on his merry way to Kusa.
He left the building, probably for the final time. It was great to have less responsibilities on his shoulder. Kisuke couldn't help feel that Kaisen had won, something he wasn't happy with.
xxxxxKurozawa schooled her face to one of absolute indifference as she took in the scene unfolding before her. She wasn't exactly sure what caused the dissonance between Kisuke and Kaisen but she did know that Kaisen often had a reason for the things he did. As Kisuke took hi leave Kurozawa was almost shocked when she was named as Raikage but she kept herself contained and welcomed the change. With nothing but Kumo's best interests at heart she resolved then and there to do whatever it took to lead her village. Now she was on the same footing as Kya. She couldn't afford to falter anymore. This position would require her nerves to be strong as steel and force her to make the hard decisions. And Kurozawa was sure she was ready. She slowly strode toward the front of the room and stopped in front of the desk she would now call hers before turning to address the gathered shinobi with a look of authority. "In case anyone missed what just took place, I'll be the acting Raikage. I promise that I'll lead with only what's best for Kumo in mind. If anyone needs me you can feel free to drop by the office and I'll do what I can when available. For now I'll be heading off to Kusagakure. If I'm gonna do this there are some events that need to be set in motion. You already have your squad assignments and I see no real need to change them. Squad leaders may go forth as they see fit. As for my squad, we'll gather when I return. Until then feel free to prepare yourselves a bit. My training isn't easy." With one final look around the room Kurozawa retrieved the Kage hat from the desk and took her leave.

The mask is made of unknown material and while it offers some protection for the heart, it can be pierced by common metals such as steel. • Active Regeneration Small wounds and cuts that do not fully sever a body part mend themselves as tendrils writhe underneath the skin to seal it up and sew it together.
The white haired kunoichi slipped into the building. Almost immediately she was met with one of the Raikage's interns. "I'm sorry, but the Raikage isn't here right now. Would you like for me to leave a message for her?" She asked Hikari. Hikari gently nodded. "Yes, please. Can you let her know there is a Gennin who has recently joined Kumogakure's ranks and needs a headband?" The intern nodded and wrote this down. "Anything else?" Hikari shook her head. This was a question for Setsuna to answer herself.
Setsuna allowed Hikari to speak for her. It was better this way. However, when Hikari asked if there was anything else, there was indeed something else...a squad. She was going to need an instructor to teach her the basics of ninjutsu, and possibly what exactly is the source of her powers. Then again, she didn't want to be put in a squad that Hikari was in, didn't want to risk it. Rather than say anything else on the matter, Setsuna merely shook her head to say that there was nothing else she needed.

After seeing that Sestuna wanted to add nothing else to the situation she began to walk out of the office. "You said you needed weapons and tools, right? Follow me. We're going to head to the 'Cloud District' and stop at a few shops. Anything you need or want feel free to put the tab in my name." She gave Setsuna a smile of reassurance. She already knew the girl didn't have much. So she was willing to provide. "After that, we'll train together until we can find someone like you," she spoke in reference to the rampages and type of energy Sestuna had. It was completely fine for Gennin to train on their own. It just may take 'em a tad longer seeing as to how they would have no other teachers than themselves. {Exit}
"You know...you don't have to do that..." she muttered softly, feeling guilty about the fact Hikari's done so much for her and she hasn't exactly done anything in return. She then ran up to catch up to Hikari and walked behind her, taking in all of the sights and getting to know Kumogakure.
xxxxxKurozawa was a bit disheartened to leave her sister so soon but returning to her home made everything feel a bit better. Now that the more political side of things seemed to be at rest for the time being she was ready to handle the rest of the village affairs. Placing her hat onto her desk she sat in the chair and turned to look around her office. There was much to be done.

It had been quite the long process working up the nerve and experience necessary to face the new Raikage. The Chuunin patiently ascended the stairs thinking of the words to explain himself to Kumo's leader. After several tense steps, only a thin wooden door stood between the two of them. He knocked twice and entered. The office was empty aside from the normal decorations of the Raikage's Office. At the desk sat a woman who seemed to be overwhelmed in paperwork that he knew nothing about. Probably mission reports and stuff he didn't care about. "Lady Raikage." He was always definite in his choice of words. "I've come to speak to you about my future as a Kumogakure Shinobi." There were many ways that could be taken. However, further into the conversation the Raikage would understand what her subordinate meant.
A clone made of Iron Sand slipped into the room, materializing fully behind the desk of the Raikage. It looked up to face Jeyan for a moment before speaking. "Well, spit it out."
