I'm gunna work on my post layout right now but was wondering if there was anyone who needed someone to bump into or wanted to make a past connection with Reina since it is her second year. Just let me know! I think my character Fey would get along with her. If you want we could have met the year before and studied together. I think they would, too! Do you think they should just be acquaintances or close friends right now? I'm fine with either! You know she doesn't have many close friends because she is so absorbed in her studies, but I think she would really like your character and if you'd like they could have regular 'study' sessions where they would hang out and generally be friends. I think if this was so Fey would consider her a very close friend. Or working in the gardens or in some air elemental place. She loves all the elements and wants to know as much about them as her own powers though she can't actually use them. Basically Fey's idea of a friend is someone who she enjoys working with on school or extra curricular activities or what ever there doing at the time. They might occasionally go out to eat and talk, but I think Fey would talk about normal things and interests during studying as well. She loves to help and she loves to learn. She's also a bit of an explorer and she probably went on some trip with her care giver during the summer, if they got on well during the year, Fey may have invited her to come along. There would be work involved for Fey, but also lots of time to explore and learn about the aria. How would you like them to meet? There different years, but age and year doesn't really mater to Fey. She probably offers tutoring in certain subjects she enjoys and is good at or a teacher could recommend her for a tutor.

Through different posts from different people a picture of the school is forming in my head... I'd like to write some of it down and know if this is right or if something is off. The opening ceremony took place on the field, which now has food off to the side where Teachers are gathering. Housing is all in one aria but in separate buildings. Buildings are by element. There are different practice fields for each element all next to each other protected by a magical invisible burier. There are portals through out the school to get you to different places quicker. Which probably need to be learned how to use, and if your not familiar with, will most likely get you lost. Library is a central tower, school buildings surround the library, Practice fields and facility's surround the buildings, and Housing surrounds and occasionally sits next to fields. Potentially small wooded aria's and less field more characterized by elements aria's as well for each different set of mage powers. The city, stores, entertainment district, company's, and local residency's surround that, which is surrounded by docks, piers, beaches and lastly water.... Opening ceremony took place on one of the fields close to the school. The city and thus the island have probably grown over the years causing it to shape the island. I see potential aria's past the school that special classes may be held. Like on the shore of the island facing away from the mainland. Having special extra large aria's for mages to work. Like a large beach or rocky cliffs, caves, or a real moderate forest that all grow through the years as mages continue to create the island. Does this sound good or do you think of something else? Any other fun details?

I am going to wait to post again with Fey until both Mera and Gabe post, just so I'm not over writing. Just wanted to let you both know, in case either of you are having busy time or didn't know that I did reply to you both smile Wanted to bring in Emilia socializing around the food table that both Arcos and Xio since I'm not real sure how to begin with her.

For the sake of simplicity, we're just going to go with the flow mostly. but this can work as well. I put effort but not too much like in the other RPs i did because i feared that this will just die off before it even starts sad

I don't know anything about the bejing stadium to be honest. and if it's exceptionally large probably most certainly not right by the school. All I know is the island has been around for 50 years. I see is constantly growing with the mages who attend and alumni contributing adding on all the time. I see it as kind of a living growing community. I know Emilia's family practically if not entirely funded the entertainment districts creation or expansion, and she through family connections and invested money of her own continues to donate. I figure a lot of alumni donate to the institute and island. I figure they probably have the equivalent of sports fields including football stadiums, ice rinks, soccer and lacrosse fields, potentially 'multi purpose' fields. I mean there are mages who can virtually change the landscape if they want. All I know is an institute full of creative adult (potentially already with jobs and such) mages, a lot of things are possible. Things probably exist hear that have not even reached the mainland's yet let alone been accepted by a non magical community. Things being invented, techniques (scientific, physical, and magical alike) being found every year. This has been going on for 50 years after the initial institute was founded. All I'm saying is there's a lot of potential and the island has probably grown thanks to earth mages aided by all the rest. I actually can see some sort of sea stadium off the actual Island that you'd have to boat to for air and water mages. Potentially only for older students, but maybe not.
