She dropped her cigarette on the ground and stomped on it with her boot before pushing the door in. The bell chimed and the cook look up, greeting Weiss as strolled inside. She gave the cook a tight line smile as she removed her coat, revealing the light blue diner waitress outfit. She pat down her apron to smooth it out, making it look cleaner. Thus began the night shift.
Weiss sighed heavily as she wiped sweat from her forehead and dusted flour off her apron. Waiting tables and helping cook biscuits while also doing the bust boy's job. Exhausting. The female opened the back door, coat on once more and a white bag in hand. She looked around, the dim backlight illuminating some of the alleyway. He should be coming here right about now.

Cyrus Alman Cyrus blushed a little bit, and smiled a goofy grin at her reaction to his compliment. He shrugged at her question though, standing up as Tyler poked his head out of a car that was pulling up. "I can ask though." He told her, offering a hand down to help her up. Tyler already had the door open for them as he scooted over in the seat to make room for them. Cyrus got in first, waiting for Emma. "Hey guys" He greeted Tyler's brothers, holding out a fist for Tyler who bumped it casually in greeting. His brothers grunted in response, and then Cyrus asked: "How far is this party?""'bout 20min into the city?" Tommy guessed checking his rear view mirror and pressing the gas and taking them on their way.

Ecko - Graffiti Artist Even after the story, Jamie ended up still sleepily relaying odd questions that Ecko wasn't prepared for. His eyebrows furrowed, and he deflected them as best he could, but it never occurred to him that Jamie wouldn't already understand the situation their family was in. He wondered how Miranda was sheltering her so effectively growing up, and deep down wished he'd had a big sister to protect him when he was younger. With a sigh, and with Jamie finally fast asleep, Ecko left his sisters room and sat on the couch. He didn't realize he'd still had the book in his hands until he'd laid back. The tv was still on, but it was some reality show , and held no interest for him. So instead he looked down at the book and began to flip to some of the stories further back. Some he recognized like the little gingerbread house witch lady, some cinderella knock off, and the infamous red riding hood. They were all sweet stories, nothing too horrible to speak of, and Ecko could only grimace. He didn't want his sister reading horror stories by any means, but what did it mean when said horror stories were covered up and sugar coated. How did that prepare anybody for the s**t they'd have to endure on the streets. He put the book down and checked the clock, his grimace only deepening. He didn't know when Miranda had left, but it had to of been at least an hour ago. Where did they go? Seeing as how Jamie was asleep, and thinking Miranda might be back any moment now, Ecko decided it would be ok to step out. It was getting late, and he couldn't remember if that pretty diner girl was working or not; but if she was, she'd probably be hanging around about this time. He stood up, and slipped his hood on before walking out the door, and unlocking it behind him. Once outside the building he paused, breathing in the night air. It had that nice after rain smell, although the dirty city stench was still filling the undertones of the scent. He headed onward, and slipped into the shadows and alleyways of his home. He seen her looking around before she could spot him. Slipping out of the shadows with a slight smirk, he leaned against the brick wall. "Hey there Parker." He greeted casually in a soft voice.

"Hey there, Gecko." she teased, using the little nickname she had given him when they first met. She hopped down the steps of the back doorway and shoved the white bag into his hands. "Fresh biscuits, made them myself." the girl wiggled her eyebrows jokingly as she emphasized that she was the one who made them. Obviously, if she made them, then they would be the best darn biscuits that anyone has ever eaten...in this city. Weiss gave him a soft smile as she batted her long black, mascara covered eyelashes. Her hair was disheveled in her side braid and her bangs were pushed back, showing her forehead and a small bruise that was forming above her right eyebrow. "So, anything new?" Weiss asked curiously as she leaned against the wall next to him.

It'll be a nice get away from real life, even if it's just for a short time." He said, thinking about all of the s**t they were both dealing with every day. He was glad Miranda had actually wanted to go too. It would be a good break from her having to play adult.
As they got closer, they heard the music thumping in the distance, and they began to notice people milling around the closer to the neighborhood they got. Jack looked over as Miranda grinned nervously at him, and he stepped a little closer to her, trying to be reassuring. They made their way to the front door of the high-traffic house, where a bouncer stood, collecting money.
Jack couldn't help but think it must have been a pretty anticipated party to have to pay to get in. But he wasn't about to turn away now, so he pulled out his wallet and covered both his own, and Miranda's entrance fee.
Then he turned and grinned at her again. "Ready?" He asked over the booming bass. ☽╠══━━══╣☾ ❝I like songs about drifters - books about the same. They both seem to make me feel a little less insane. "Out of all the things they could dare me, This is what they dared me to do"Feausia muttered silently. She was dared by her friends to go to a party, If she didn't they would annoy her for the rest of her so-called wonderful life. Feausia sat down the couch like she owned the place and removed her leather jacket revealing a black halter neck dress with matching heels. If she hadn't removed her jacket she would look horrifying. Feausia sighed and leaned back to the couch, She had nothing to do here. She rolled her eyes and started watching people, Not the creepy way though. ♫Slow down, the world isn't watching us break down, It's safe to say we are alone now, we're alone now. Not a whisper, the only noise is the receiver. I'm counting the seconds until you break the silence, So please just break the silence.♬ ☜ ₪✉₪✉☣✉₪✉₪ ☞ ωєsℓєч ɢяєчωσσם ☜ ₪✉₪✉☣✉₪✉₪ ☞ Wesley had said his apologies and goodbyes to the girls on the street, and gone back home after, making it to the end of one of his father's business events. When that was over, he had gone straight to bed.
The next day, Wesley awoke late into the afternoon. He rubbed his eyes, looking at the clock. Five in the afternoon. Had he really slept that long? He got up, took his shower, and had the housekeeper make him some breakfast, although it was practically dinner time.
A couple of hours later, after he had done everything he needed to do, he went back to his room and grabbed his phone off the desk by his bed. He scrolled through the missed messages in his inbox. They were all from his best friend, Jack, and one from his parents. Wesley read through them.
Jack: Hey, Wes, you busy?
Jack: Heard about this party. Was gonna see if you were interested? Mom: Hey, honey, out late. On your own for the night, Have fun!
Jack: Alright, well, if you see these, that's where I'll be. I'll send the deats.
The last message had been more recent. Wesley sighed, frustrated with himself for sleeping in so late, and missing.. well.. pretty much everything. He looked at the clock. It was just after seven now. Wesley grabbed his jacket from the post of his bed and headed to the elevator of his penthouse apartment. He fully intended to meet Jack at whatever party it was he was talking about.
Finally reaching the sidewalk outside the fancy apartment complex in the middle of the city, Wesley opened his messages again to see what street Jack had said the party would be on, then began making his way that direction.
The party was out in a more abandoned area of the city, not far from where Wesley had wandered to the day before. By the time he reached the thumping, lively neighborhood, it was dark out, and the walk must have taken a good hour. Wesley saw Jack and his friend Miranda, who Wesley only sort of knew but teased his friend mercilessly about, up ahead where the bouncer was taking money. He jogged up to them and pulled out his own money to hand off.
"Hey, guys. Sorry, Jack, just got your texts. I kind of... Accidentally slept most of the day..." He admitted. He wasn't too worried, about showing up so suddenly. Chances were, at a party like this, he would end up off doing his own thing anyways. That was usually what happened at big events like this, if he tried to go with anyone. ♫And I'm longing, For words to describe how I'm feeling. I'm feeling inspired, My world just flip turned upside down. It turns around, say what's that sound? It's my heart beat, it's getting much louder. My heart beat, is stronger than ever. I'm feeling so alive, I'm feeling so alive.♬ ₪ஐ₪ஐ☢ஐ₪ஐ₪ OOC: Kay, I'm pulling my characters I guess, so I can use them. And also extreme time skipping Wesley to join the party, I guess .-.

The end, the end Things will never go our way In the end, the end Things will never go Hadley JensenI've| been| dreaming| things| and| scheming| things***Time Skip***
It was Saturday night. Hadley had just finished playing another set in the subway station, and had acquired a few more dollars to add to her small sum of pocket money. She finally packed up her stuff, shoved the ball cap back on her head, and made her way back above ground. She remembered the party that that guy the day before had talked about and looked at her watch, deciding she might as well head there. It would keep her out of the cold a bit longer.
She finally reached the party house, thumping so loud it practically shook the ground. Hadley quickly pulled out her pill bottle and poured a couple of the tiny capsules into her hand, then popped them into her mouth and swallowed. Then she walked up to the entrance, and fumbled with her pocket money, pulling out a 5 and a handful of ones to hand to the bouncer, and then made her way inside. She didn't see anyone she recognized, so she hovered around the snack table awkwardly. So take it in, don't hold your breath The bottom's all I found We can't get higher than we get On the long way down

Miranda Macy "that's true." She had replied, "I just hope that everything will be ok." She had meant with Ecko and Jamie. She hoped nothing would happen to Jamie while she was gone, and she knew that she'd never forgive herself if something did. Taking another deep breath, Miranda followed him up the steps of the house and waited for him to pay the bouncer for their entrance. She was immensely comforted by his presence, and that was already helping her let her worries loose a bit. Hearing jack's name being called just as they were allowed in, both of them getting stamps on the backs of their hands(to show they paid), Miranda turned around to see Wesley. She smiled at him in greeting, and waited quietly next to Jack.

Ecko - Graffiti Artist Ecko gave her a look at her 'nickname' for him, but was taken off guard by the girl shoving a bag of biscuits into his arms. He could tell by the feel of them that they were super soft, and he was sure that if Miranda hadn't cooked that dinner his stomach would be rumbling instantly for them. He could even detect just a bit of warmth still left in them. "s**t. Thanks." He replied, even though he was used to her feeding him. Much like someone would toss a stray cat a piece of food or so on occasion. His smirk returned as he shifted the bag into one hand and stood up from the wall. "No not much, but hey do you want to hit up this party with me? Should be going on all night, so I'm sure it will still be around when you get off work." He told her.

Cyrus Alman Cyrus watched as Tyler's brother pulled the car up among a billion other cars in an empty lot. The house party was a few door down, and even so there were plenty of people milling around. He could hear the music and the vibe circulating through the air so much so that it was a chore just to sit still and wait for either Emma or Tyler to open their door and get out so that he could as well. Tyler was the first to open his doors, and his brothers wasted no more time as they hopped out as well. Cyrus looked over at Emma with an encouraging smile and followed Tyler out of the car and towards the house. "Hey how much is it to get into this party?" He asked Tyler when he just now noticed the stamps on the back of a few people's hands that they passed. Tyler cocked his head and shrugged. "I don't know. My brothers are paying for us." He replied.

Kylie EmmersKylie finally made it to the party, but she had lost track of Etsuko, her boyfriend, and Coral in the process after having split up from them as soon as Cameron drove them to the party. She hadn't intended to split up with them, but with the rush and hype circulating the atmosphere she compulsively joined a few of the 'nonpaying dancers' that were crowded just outside of the house. After a time spent there, and since she didn't have any money to get her into the party, Kylie began to walk around, watching people, smiling, and feeling overall good despite the good s**t supposedly being inside.

He didn't really have to, though. She worked at a diner, so food was abundant and it wasn't a big deal to give him food whenever he visited her. Ecko then proceeded to ask her about going to a party. It has been awhile since she's gone to one. Weiss removed a lighter and a pack of cigarettes from her coat pocket. She held one in her mouth as she ignited the end, taking a deep inhale of smoke. Exhaling, Weiss nodded once more while accepting his offer. "Sure, shift ended already so, why not?" Weiss pushed off the wall and stood there looking at him, signaling him to lead the way. Her hip was cocked out to the side and the cigarette held in her mouth.
